Tina was an absolute god send. When I first approached her at the start of the year the task of taking over the mortgage for my family home (after separation) seemed like an impossibility. I am self employed and work part-time and it was looking really bleak. Tina gave me a list of tasks to work through to increase my chances of securing my mortgage alone. Three months later I went back to her having completed the tasks and I was then told I would be able to secure a mortgage in excess of my needs! She essentially held my hand through a process that had seemed so overwhelming and scary and she made it all so simple.
