Tina was an absolute god send. When I first approached her at the start of the year the task of taking over the mortgage for my family home (after separation) seemed like an impossibility. I am self employed and work part-time and it was looking really bleak. Tina gave me a list of tasks to work through to increase my chances of securing my mortgage alone. Tina was incredibly helpful and I would recommend her to anyone. To start with she ran me through budgetting for absolutely everything to determine what I could afford, and then came through with a mortgage which worked for me. During conveyancing delays, Tina was still working on my behalf by reapplying for mortgages as interest rates came down. Buying my first flat was stressful in so many ways, but having Tina as my broker was comfortably the best and least stressful part of the experience.
