From the very beginning, she has been incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional and genuinely kind and supportive throughout the entire process. We encountered several obstacles during our purchase which were outside Tina's responsibility. Despite this, Tina consistently went above and beyond to chase updates, follow up with the relevant parties and keep everything moving. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble and she always made us feel like a priority. Whenever we had questions or needed reassurance, Tina was only ever a message away.
