Throughout the whole time, he was very communicative and detailed about what things were being done and why. Learned quite a few things about watches from him, too! Hands down the best. Almost every piece of jewelry I own has come from Zimemrmans including my engagement ring. The staff is incredible and their pricing is extremely reasonable.. Not to mention I die over their estate pieces.. My go to jewelry store.

Our family has been going to Zimmerman Jewelers in York for close to 15 years. We've bought & sold gold & silver there over the years, always getting the best value possible. The owners, Jim & Stephanie, are good, down to earth, honest people who take great pride in their family business and genuinely care about their customer's satisfaction. The biggest deals in jewelry are definitely the estate or pre-owned pieces and Zimmerman's always has a large selection on hand. Be prepared to wait sometimes though (the store is often filled with repeat customers), the deals are definitely worth the wait! They also sell & service clocks and watches with both Jim & his son, Drew, being highly skilled & certified watchmakers, along with an outstanding staff of clock repair & customer service folks. We highly recommend Zimmerman Jewelers to anybody looking for a reputable & honest jeweler & watch/clock repair shop in the York area.
