James and Stuart were brilliant from start to finish. It wasn’t a straightforward job at all, and they had to come out several times, but they never gave up on it. They really took the time to figure out the issue properly and came up with practical solutions instead of just suggesting brand new motors, especially given how dated the gate system is. Really appreciate their persistence and problem-solving — couldn’t have asked for better service.
