I became incredibly winded after a hike with my friends - to the point where my parents asked, “don’t you work out every day? How can you be so tired?” that I decided I needed to change up my routine and do something else in order to become stronger.
I decided to search online and stumbled upon Reason Fitness - not knowing that it was a CrossFit gym. I took a chance, made the plunge - and I’ve been hooked ever since. I love the people, the coaches, the workout - the encouraging environment. Every workout is different. You learn a ton of skills, become stronger in areas you didn’t think was possible. And ultimately become a healthier version of yourself. I come in, dedicate an hour or so to my fitness, and can leave knowing that I put my all into that hour.
Highly recommend giving this gym a try. If you’re a beginner, advanced, introverted or extroverted - you definitely won’t regret doing this!
