The gym, its staff, and the programming are all top notch! I started going to Reason after an introductory International Women’s day workout where they talked through nutrition and fitness, which then led me to a body scan and 6 sessions of personal training and 3 months of nutrition! I joined the group classes after my personal training and it’s now been 6 months. I used to do a lot of team cardio based sports but never really touched weights, and doing workouts on my own were unmotivating. Reason’s CrossFit style workouts challenge me every time I go, but it looks different every class! I’m grateful for such patient and encouraging coaches who care about form, safety, and quality movement over quantity and speed. I have seen my body get stronger and my nutrition become more mindful within the last 6 months I’ve been here. I would recommend trying it out and surprising yourself with what you can do!

I’ve had an awesome time at Reason Fitness. The people here are super friendly and always cheering each other on. I’ve made a lot of progress, both physically and mentally, and the coaches are really helpful and knowledgeable.

I was visiting Arcadia for a week and wanted to find a CrossFit gym to go to. I decided to buy a week pass at Reason and am so glad I did. The facility is great, with lots of room to spread out, stretch, etc. The coaches are very knowledgeable and offer actionable feedback. But the thing that was really special was the fantastic sense of community. The members and coaches were all really welcoming. Next time I’m in town, I’ll return for sure!

CrossFit sounds intimidating but at Reason, it’s catered to every individual. I had no idea what I was getting into when I met with Luke for an intro but here I am loving every moment of it and this community. I have never been so motivated and it’s crazy to think about how much I love working out, the coaches and the people of Reason. I highly recommend Reason!

Starting Reason has been the best choice. Totally a beginner! Yet they all welcomed me with open arms. The early early am class is awesome and fits right in with my busy Mom/Life schedule. Needed this for myself. Thx Reason!

Reason Fitness has an amazing atmosphere, my wife and I have never felt more welcome and embraced. The coaches are very sweet, genuine, and patient to those are just learning the process. Our coaches Lauren and Cara were awesome, they broke down the movements perfectly while still kicking our asses. Luke is the man, treated us like family, and broke down a comprehensive nutrition plan that is easy for us to follow. He listened to what we wanted to aspire for, and put a plan in motion tailored for us. Best gym ive ever been too, and ive tried many.

I’ve always enjoyed working out, but realized I wasn’t very effective with my trainings at the gym. I became incredibly winded after a hike with my friends - to the point where my parents asked, “don’t you work out every day? How can you be so tired?” that I decided I needed to change up my routine and do something else in order to become stronger. I decided to search online and stumbled upon Reason Fitness - not knowing that it was a CrossFit gym. I took a chance, made the plunge - and I’ve been hooked ever since. I love the people, the coaches, the workout - the encouraging environment. Every workout is different. You learn a ton of skills, become stronger in areas you didn’t think was possible. And ultimately become a healthier version of yourself. I come in, dedicate an hour or so to my fitness, and can leave knowing that I put my all into that hour. Highly recommend giving this gym a try. If you’re a beginner, advanced, introverted or extroverted - you definitely won’t regret doing this! I’ve really grown much stronger and become much healthier. Really recommend checking out reason if you’re wanting to take a step into fitness.
