GWB Heating came to my rescue when my boiler heating system failed in the early morning hours and water was leaking out of it onto the surrounding floor. It started out with me trying to get in touch with Garret who was stellar at diagnosing and repairing in the past and was now working at GWB. Mya in the office got help to me before noon and Garret had it figured out shortly after he arrived, did a temporary fix and arranged for parts to be ordered in. Garret and Tyler (both great at their repair work on these furnaces that few people understand well) were back to do the full fix two days later. Did such a great job and gave me answers to all of my many questions. I understand so much more about the functioning of and maintenance required for this furnace now and I will be calling GWB Heating and Cooling for all of my heating and cooling needs on going. Great staff who are knowledgeable and thorough, great diagnosticians and repair techs and all round good people.

Great to deal with! Furnace stopped running, gave them a call and they were at my door in 30mins. Tyler and his assistant diagnosed the problem and got the furnace up and running. Our furnace had died and when I called the after hours tech Kris called back asap and was at our house on a Sunday within the hour. Extremely professional and polite tech. The repairs were completed within 48 hours and the communication was amazing through the entire process. Kris even offered to leave electric heaters with us as he knew it was cold. Very happy with their service and pricing and highly recommend!

Our furnace kicked out on Saturday. They sent someone that afternoon. Found out we needed a new furnace. They were amazing walking us through the process, even answering text messages on a Sunday.
