Company was very accommodating with my schedule. Had a broken bracket on our automatics sections recliner. Although I had been broken for quite some time, I scheduled the assessment when the wife was gone and requested it to be done by a specific date before she returned to surprise her. Much to my surprise, the company repaired and installed the broken piece one day before the deadline. The technicians that removed the broken part and reinstalled were both professional and a pleasure to briefly talk with. They were clean and quick and left no residual trash or extra parts. Very prompt and very professional restoration of two recliners. One with a broken mechanism and one that needed additional padding to seat. Arsen was very friendly and definitely new his job. Very pleased.

POOR WORK. They were unable to fix my table correctly and it looks terrible. I wasted $225 to get my table fixed and they had poor color match and when I told them the issue they basically turned it on me and said they never promised 100% work… they shouldve been up front if they were unable to do simple work. Now I am stuck with a table that has poor color match and blotchy spots. Please do not book with them. I had to go back and forth with the technician with how poorly his work was and it was not clicking in his brain.

Henry was quick and thorough with the repair after showing us the break he explained what the plans for repair were then got to work on our couch. He repaired it seamlessly and even added an additional support to our couch we requested and left the area clean. I would use him again.

Saved us a ton of money! My husband was ready to buy a (very expensive) new couch after our current one started falling apart but the repair tech from Furniture Repair Expert was able to fix it for way less than we had original expected to pay. Our living chair frame broke but the chair was in otherwise perfect condition. We contacted Furniture Repaur Expert and sent photos of chair. They responded quickly and provided us with an estimate to repair the chair. Henry came to our home today calling 30 minutes ahead of appointment time to confirm he was “on his way”. He was punctual, professional, had all the tools and equipment needed to complete the repair, protected the work area and cleaned up everything. Along the repair process he informed me what he was doing, confirmed that the chair was in excellent condition and assured me the repair would restore the chair to its original condition. We had an excellent experience and we would use this company again should a need arise.

It took two months to get an appointment. The guy came said he was going to give me an estimate real soon. That was a month ago. I called last week and asked for an estimate. They said they would expedite it and email me right away. I never received anything. I’d hate to think how long they actually take to do the work. I would not recommend this place to anybody

I had a mixed experience with this company. My main issue pertained to their four hour arrival window which is excessive and frankly customer unfriendly. We all have to budget our time wisely and a four hour window does not support that reality. They did a good job repairing my recliner and I do want to especially mention Vaz Tonapet who was the employee who returned the repaired part. Vaz really went the distance as he convinced me to continue to do business with his company and reconnected the base of the recliner on his own time after hours. There are very few employees who would do so and his efforts should not be overlooked by his employer as he is a rare individual whom I came to respect greatly. Thank you Vaz!

The technician fixed the table on the spot and provided an array of material and color options for the stop seats. I would rate higher than 5 stars, were that an option. From ease of scheduling, to on-time appointment arrival, this was an outstanding experience. The technician was respectful of the home while conducting repairs for a recently purchased piece of wooden furniture. Frankly, I didn't think that it would be repairable to satisfaction. His mastery of repair techniques brought the piece back to pristine condition; frankly I am unable to isolate the previously damaged area. A true craftsman in my view!

They refurbished an old hutch piece for us. It had some damage to the right-side door and some other scratches from shipping across the country. They did an excellent job. It now looks brand new! Let me start by saying they must have bought the previous reviews‼️‼️ So, it hurts my heart to make this review, but I don’t think they do an excellent job of marketing what they can and can’t do. I had this individual come to my home and repair my couch, which he did, so I was glad. There was only me and my wife, and we sat on the couch one time, and the portions in which he sewed up immediately started to pop out and become undone. The stitching job was done horribly, although he did come out and attempt to fix it, only to perform the same low-quality stitch job. The tech was nice, but they are a buisness that will steal your money, my advice go anywhere else and let them work on it. They charged me 800 dollars for what I see is now low quality and horrible. Then I asked for a refund in which they low balled me on the amount the portion of the couch cost. Don’t go here go anywhere else‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Edit: I see the response below they made is a complete lie, don’t trust this company with your money. They offered no other solution, don’t let them fool you or take your money. I stand by my word those reviews they have before are completely fake and purchased. If you want honest reviews sort by lowest to see the truth.

Henry managed to fix the very mangled frame on a 2002 recliner. The shop unbent and I believe welded the frame, and it's as good as new. Henry had said the frame would be back from the shop in 2-4 weeks, it ended up only taking 2 weeks. They replaced the foam in the seat as well. I believe the repair will add years to the already long life of this chair.

They did a fantastic job! Professional, friendly, and on time when they said they would be here. we asked for one slight adjustment with our couch, which they did quickly and happily. They really are experts. We would use them again for sure

Review of regarding our leather recliner sofa and recliner chair. Henry did a fantastic job fixing 3 recliner backs (2 detached and 1 got loose) after many years of use. Our seats sinking too and I wanted them firmer again. He added more foam to the seats and tightened the straps. The seats are firmer again like new! There were a couple small tears and scratches in the leather and he was able to fix those too! I didn’t understand when he said he was going to paint the seat areas after fixing the tear and scratches and they’d look like new… (some kind of leather liquid), but he wasn’t kidding! I joked that if I knew what it was going to look like, I would have told him to paint the WHOLE sofa! The seats look newer than the rest of the sofa! Haha! Can’t even see the tears or scratches! Can you? We didn’t have the chair painted since the seat was in good condition . He literally made a color match by eye while he was here! I know it sounds weird, but it worked and we can sit on it. Will definitely keep his number for future needs! Kicking myself for tossing the large curved sectional that matched this set! It didn’t occur to me last year to have the back rests repaired! I miss that sectional and wish I thought of this earlier!!! Thanks Henry!!!
