We have had a great experience with Blue Ridge. We bought a new unit in August and have been so pleased especially with Derek Owen who has answered our questions and helped us immensely.

Our 17 year old unit stopped working in September and we were concerned it was going to be time for a new unit. A friend recommended Blue Ridge Heating and Air so I called and Kelly was awesome about setting up an appointment at the first time we would be free. Will, our tech came out and walked us through what he was doing and was able to determine that we needed a new motor instead of a brand new unit. Kelly again did a great job of getting us squeezed into their schedule when the part came in and Will came out and got it installed quickly. He then spent awhile with us explaining what he did and answered our questions about how to best maintain our a/c. He also told us about their care membership which saved us 15% on our bill and they will come out to do tune ups throughout the year. Couldn't be happier with the work they did and the money they saved us. Thanks guys!

Had a complete new heat pump HVAC system installed. $12000.. cost to me Had to remove all the existing & replace with new. Required work outside and inside home. All work was done timely,courteously, and cleanly. BOTH Ivan and Nick need special recognition due to their friendlyness, work effort, cleanliness, and courtesy displayed. BOTH Ivan and Nick were very easy to have working at our home. Would not hesitate to have Ivan and Nick back to our home again as a team or individually.
