The lady that took my request was courteous and gave me an appointment that was responsive. Technician was professional, courteous, and did a great job today. Dryer vent cleaning was $250. It took him 30 mins to clean a single pipe and go on the roof for 5 mins to clean out the vent on the roof. And best of all, my dryer dries my clothes again. Thank you.

We had Martin come out yesterday to clean out the dryer vent for my (elderly) parents' house, and - in addition to showing us that the vent was entirely blocked - alerted us to the fact that the vent materials used in the attic were not up to code and were in fact a severe fire hazard! He provided a detailed estimate with pictures of the old ductwork, and was able to get us scheduled for the very next day. He completed the work exactly as proposed, showed us the old vent materials and how clogged they had been, and provided pictures of the new vent pipe once he had it in place. So, everything works great now! Martin was responsive to texts, prompt, polite, and extremely conscientious, leaving everything clean where he had been working. I HIGHLY recommend Martin and Ducts All Done!
