Catherine F. has helped me out so much recently- just knows how to move through the org and get me the help I need. Rob K. is the best technical support person I have ever worked with. He didn't just fix it for me, he taught me what sort of settings I could change in the future so that I could solve my own problems next time. It's so easy to get frustrated in EHR issues. All the reviews I have noted were old-this Co. was bought out 5/27/2025 so only time will tell. If you sign up, please be sure to keep copies of all they do for you as the charge when you retire to keep track for 7 yrs could buy you a vacation home!
