Quickly answer calls and are very helpful. Take the stress out of technical issues. I really appreciate that if they can't fix the issue on their end; instead of transferring you in circles they will have the person you need to reach call you back instead of waiting on hold or accidently being disconnected. Thank DAS for all your help.
All the reviews I have noted were old-this Co. was bought out 5/27/2025 so only time will tell. If you sign up, please be sure to keep copies of all they do for you as the charge when you retire to keep track for 7 yrs could buy you a vacation home!
David Urbina was probably thee most knowledgeable and customer oriented DAS Health representative I have worked with. He has exceptional communication and customer service skills. I was informed on what he was doing and he educated me in the process. Something I had yet to experience. I feel as though I walked away with an understanding to my printer/computer issues.
