From the very beginning, Jia Xi was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and generous with her guidance, and it really felt like she cared about helping us bring our ideas to life. After receiving our request, she made a trial ring and shared very detailed reflection notes on the process, including the technical challenges, design considerations, and what would work best for our final rings. The workshop itself was fun, engaging, and satisfying in a way that felt very special. It's the right amount of challenge (enough to make the process memorable and hands-on) while still feeling well guided throughout. The workshop atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with the professionalism, precision, and craftsmanship of a beautifully run artisan space. Just a note for future couples: the warranty and resizing coverage lasts for one year, so it’s good to keep that in mind.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and relaxed, which made it even more memorable. The staff were simply excellent in their hospitality and accommodating with any doubts or concerns I had. We made my soon-to-be husband’s wedding ring together at KOBO last Saturday and it was such a wonderful experience! Aishah guided us through every step so patiently and clearly making the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She explained what we were doing at each stage, helped us whenever her expertise was needed, and really made sure we ended up with the ring we wanted.
