Great hotel that is so very close to the beach. It’s clean, friendly staff, hot cookies, fresh breakfast and free beach chairs and towels to borrow on my stay. I’ve been going a few years now and it’s been a wonderful part of my trip.

What a Charming spot! Beach View Hotel really lives up to its name - just steps from the sand and close to everything you could want when vacationing at the beach - restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. We visit in the fall when the crowds are lighter, the arcades are closed, and there are more dogs than kids - absolutely perfect for us. The hotel offers a typical but satisfying breakfast, coffee in both the lobby and rooms, wine and cheese at 5 PM, and warm cookies at 8 PM - such a nice touch after a beach walk. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, shower is hot, towels fluffy. Since we don't come to Rehoboth to hang out in the room, convenience and comfort are what matter most - and Beach View delivers both beautifully.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. From the wonderful staff, to the delicious breakfast. Wine & cheese social & the cookies before bed. Those little things make this truly a special experience. The rooms were very clean, bed was super comfortable and with walking distance to shopping, food & the beach it made my birthday so memorable. My husband and I agree we will be back & we have already been telling everyone we know what a great place this is. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Just returned home after a two night stay with my family at Beach View Hotel - an older independent hotel that has been lovingly maintained and updated. My room was spotless upon arrival, with no strange odors or weird humidity levels you sometimes find in hotel rooms. The beds were comfortable. The linens and towels were good quality. The staff were all friendly, helpful, efficient, and accommodating above and beyond the norm. Nice little perks like onsite parking, beach chairs you can check out, free breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon, fresh baked cookies at 8pm, and an elevator. The location couldn't have been any better - about 1 block walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Plenty of dining and shopping options within short walking distance. I was very impressed with the whole experience, and would certainly recommend this great hotel for a stay in Rehoboth Beach.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, they are amazing from beginning to end. Melissa the general manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, you can tell she is good to her team - they were truly all lovely and make it an experience to stay with them! They are literally like 100 ft to the beach, with super clean rooms, housekeeping came daily (which many hotels don't offer anymore). I couldnt say enough nice things about this property! We will be returning! We love you can borrow beach chairs and towels - great added amenity. It started with a great check in by Len who was there several other times as well. She was lovely to us. We also love Cassandra at the desk, all the staff was super accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was so nice to have, as well as happy hour and my little ones loved the cookies in the evening!

Beach View staff was very helpful and pleasant morning breakfast was good,you got to choose hot or cold breakfast or both and due to Covid buffet was not open but your hot meals were prepared and bagged for you. They also had a cheese and wine hour also cookies etc. The list goes on. Complimentary Beach chairs. Etc.

OMG, this place was everything my family and I needed. Clean, comfortable, pool view with ocean view. We stayed 3 days during the 4th of July and EVERYTHING was within walking distance. Our last day the fireworks display was directly across from our hotel. All I can say is that Beach View is the perfect place to be and we'll be back next year. Thanks

Great value for being centrally located in Rehoboth Beach Comfy beds and a clean bathroom Fridge and Microwave - Handy for storing and heating leftovers Centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and Funland Free Parking. Parked the car and didn’t move it at all during our stay Can see the ocean from our third floor poolside room (not all rooms have this view) There is one elevator We used the pool every day. Small, but big enough for a dip to beat the heat. Included breakfast was a huge time-saver, and the family enjoyed it each day. And they serve cookies at night. We definitely plan to come here again.

We had a great stay! We were able to park when we arrived at 1:30 and request an early check in. Our room ended up being ready around 3 and they gave us a call. I was particularly impressed by the warm and inviting lobby and friendly front desk staff. You could literally stay at this hotel and only venture a few blocks and have an amazing time. That’s how much you are in the center of everything. Being able to rent beach chairs for free was a huge perk and less to fit in the car. I was concerned they would be hard to come by but they had an impressive supply. We missed the wine and cheese and evening cookies but breakfast was good! Towels were nice and thick, water was hot in the shower and view from our room was great. The pool is a bit small but it was great and never too crowded. No complaints and we will be back!!

Our room was very nice, the ladies at the front desk were super sweet! The only thing is when turning down our room while in-between stays they should replenish our supplies ex toiletry, tissues etc.
