Fantastic service. I had a tire blow out on me on I-5 and thankfully these guys were the closest within range and my van got towed there. They immediately took me in, gave me an estimate and got to work right away. I was out of there and on the road with all new tires in less than two hours. Crazy turn-around time and Lita Mier was a saint and explained the process to me and they even gave me a great deal on a spare tire to prevent future emergencies as well. 6/5 stars. This family owned business took their service above and beyond and even to the next level! I ended up getting a flat tire coming into Albany. We weren’t able to access the spare tire without a rod, so I ended up needing to buy a tire. Called around and was quoted around $135-150 for a single tire, but when we called Albany Tire and Wheel, they told us that we could get a tire for $54 and we were there in minutes. We ended up getting two used tires in GREAT condition. They even threw in some additional help in the meantime so that my son and I could get around town safely. I will remain a loyal customer for life. They gave my son a hot wheels car which he will not let me take out of the package lol he calls it his special car. This shop was recommended to me by a fellow Albany resident. They are super helpful and friendly here. I have a trip planned tomorrow and got a flat tire last night. I drove in on a spare and within 30 minutes they had my flat tire repaired. No pushy sales vibes. Just straight forward friendly fast service. Nice warm (it's December) waiting area inside with comfortable seating and a vending machine. Clean shop. I'll be coming here for my next set of tires. Purchased two trailer tires and had an issue with one tire not holding air. This was my own fault due to rust on an old wheel. They took care of me with patience, kindness, and complete understanding. I want to thank all of you for your help and for allowing me to fix the rust on this wheel. They disjointed the tire, and then I returned after cleaning off all the rust. Then, they recounted and balanced the tire free of charge. I don't know why you'd go anywhere else, this family owned tire shop isn't just trying to sell you a tire. They will help you get where your going. I couldn't afford new tires a few years ago, so he told me what to look for at the wrecking yard and then he mounted and balanced them. Since then I've bought two set of tires one for each of my cars. They'll give you an honest opinion, but will still let you do what you want. Growing up is learning to replace your tires when they get to the wear bars, not when the thread is smooth. I'm not there yet but someday.

The best place for all your tire needs! We rolled in on a bad tire with lug nut that would NOT come off. They took a look within a few minutes of us getting there the mechanic came out and with a special tool and popped it right off. They were amazing and didn’t charge for the fix. They also gave us a replacement lug nut at no cost. I will forget recommend Albany Tire and Wheel! Y’all are amazing.

I have been to several tire and wheel shops , and this one is by far my favorite! Many times a tire shop is dark and intimidating. That was not the case with Albany Tire & Wheel. Clean facility, super friendly staff, and quick but quality service all worked together to really make a positive experience. The rates were highly competitive as well. All in all, I absolutely recommend Albany Tire & Wheel!

Albany Tire and Wheel are great! They haven't forgotten the importance of customer service like some of the bigger companies. Another thing they do for the less fortunate is they give away a lot of used tires for people that cannot afford them. I don't know of any other tire places around here that do this.

We brought my boyfriends car into Albany tire and wheel, we had such an amazing experience! The manager Andrew made sure we were happy and made sure he made a good and fare deal with us! And Paul he truely was a god! He did everything in his power to get his tires off his car because someone messed up the tires before where ever the tires got put on! I recently purchased 4 new tires to replace the Toyo tires I got from Les Schwab about 2 years ago. Frankly, I wasn't that happy with the Toyo's, especially considering the price I paid. And I wasn't that happy with Les Schwab's service either. There is something to be said about phrase "More is less". I mean, I would rather not have a waiting room with popcorn, coffee, & Wifi if it means I have sacrificed service. Just give me a good tire that I can afford and back it up with flat repair. This is what Albany Tire and Wheel is all about. I am totally satisfied with my new tires, and I am happy that I don't have to pay extra for all the fluff.
