I had a short in the wiring that caused intermittent issues with the garage door and Christian from Precision came by and re-spliced the wiring and everything was good to go. He also lubed up the rails and rollers. Christian did an excellent job and the final bill was reasonable.

Michael was very prompt and came on time.He didn't pressure us to install our new garage machine and gave us time to think about it.After a week, we decided to fix our garage door and Michael finished it as promised and explained all the details on how to use and operate it. Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door on our home with all of the associated equipment 15 years ago. This garage door undergoes, on average, four open and closings a day. It has performed exceptionally well over that time period. I have contacted the Precision Garage Door company a few times over that time frame for routine servicing. And this is the first thing that stands out about this excellent company; they are still there taking care of their clients. Recently, I began to experience sporadic issues with the door obstruction sensors and one of the door opener activation buttons. I would re-align these sensors and get the door to close. A few days ago, the door would not close. I called the number in my contacts for Precision, and I actually got a live person on the line within two rings. She arranged for a technician to be at my home within 30 minutes. I was quite pleased with this world class response. The technician mapped out four reasonable options from quickly resolving my existing issues to upgrading my entire door opening system (the door and track were in excellent shape and did not need to be replaced). There was no pushiness or pressure whatsoever. I was excited about upgrading my entire system as my existing door mechanisms had opened my garage door well over 20,000 times. My technician (Sergio Molina) had everything necessary on his very professional looking truck. I was blown away at how quickly he accomplished this entire upgrade. I am very technical and handy, and have a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship. Sergio hit-it-out-of-the-park. I could not believe the speed and quality of his work and his attention to detail. He is gifted with excellent communication skills; he is quite easy to talk to. I would say that Sergio Molina was perhaps the finest, most efficient home service technician that I have ever dealt with. Sergio Molina did a great job in providing information on the garage door. I initially wanted to replace from a swing out to roll up door but due to red tape from HOA and City permit requirements, I decided to just get a new motor and springs. My only issue with a Sergio is that his voicemail needs to be setup so I couldn't leave a direct voicemail message. However, I was able to contact the company directly, so no problem there. The technician Michael Diaz did an excellent job replacing the motor and springs. He left the area clean after the work that was done. Both employees were polite and professional. It's also great that the company provided a discount for AAA members. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They were very good and very professional. They ended up being more expensive than some of the other smaller companies I contacted, but my nephew who is a contractor in Northern California recommended them. They are actually the only company that gave me a written estimate. some of the other companies said they do all the work themselves as individuals, but it would've been impossible for them to do. it took two guys plus some help to get it done because my old door is was a very heavy wood door. I received Two garage door openers so remember to ask for that. I would use them again. They were much more professional in their representation than anybody else I saw. You can try asking for a senior discount.

Garage door torsion spring broke on Sunday. Called, appointment set for late afternoon. They called, moving appointment hours earlier.
