Sunday appt! Showed up on time and performed a great repair due to damage from a vehicle( track was bent). The tech, Jose, did an outstanding job with a fair price. Precision has installed 4 door openers and I will not use any other vender! Outstanding job.

Sergio Molina did a great job in providing information on the garage door. I initially wanted to replace from a swing out to roll up door but due to red tape from HOA and City permit requirements, I decided to just get a new motor and springs. My only issue with a Sergio is that his voicemail needs to be setup so I couldn't leave a direct voicemail message. However, I was able to contact the company directly, so no problem there. The technician Michael Diaz did an excellent job replacing the motor and springs. He left the area clean after the work that was done. Both employees were polite and professional. It's also great that the company provided a discount for AAA members. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Sunday afternoon and I can't get my garage door down. I call for help and within maybe an hour bit more and Jose shows up assess the problem and makes the repair. He didn't mind my questions and was very Pleasant and patient. The price was fair all in all It was a good experience.

I oversaw today's repair, and Eric Stevens was very knowledgeable and got right to work. The replacement of the springs and other adjustments was quick and thoroughly tested before he left. They came quickly and did a fantastic job fixing the door I backed into. Even though the first technician had an accident and went to the emergency room with a hand gash, another technician arrived quickly to finish the job by 10:00 pm! Can't recommend these people enough!

Working with Precision was a great success! Excellent customer service and flexibility in booking my appointment. On the day scheduled, received a notification from my technician (JOSH) that included verification of arrival, bio and photo. I especially appreciate that extra touch. Not only as a brief introduction but also an added security feature. JOSH was personable, highly respectful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend Precision and specifically JOSH.

They were very good and very professional. They ended up being more expensive than some of the other smaller companies I contacted, but my nephew who is a contractor in Northern California recommended them. They are actually the only company that gave me a written estimate. some of the other companies said they do all the work themselves as individuals, but it would've been impossible for them to do. it took two guys plus some help to get it done because my old door is was a very heavy wood door. I received Two garage door openers so remember to ask for that. I would use them again. They were much more professional in their representation than anybody else I saw. You can try asking for a senior discount.

I got a text message, photo, and brief introduction of my technician - Michael Camacho. Michael arrived right on time and was very courteous. He took the time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly inspected the garage door. He explained exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. We inquired about other options, and he gave us a quote for the original repair and add-ons, which we found to be very reasonable. We gave him the go-ahead and he came back the next day bright and early (Super Bowl Sunday). I was impressed by how efficiently he worked and how quickly he was able to fix the problem. I requested service and same day I had an appointment. They said between 1230 and 430 and I got a call at 11:45 that they would be there within 30 minutes and they were! Zach was our technician. Garage door torsion spring broke on Sunday. Called, appointment set for late afternoon. They called, moving appointment hours earlier. Service technician Michael finished the job in less than 30 minutes -- it would have taken me hours to replace it myself. Excellent service. Well worth it not having to deal with it myself.

Our garage door was coming off the track and wouldn't close. Michael Camacho came out and did a fast repair to get us up and working again. My wife and I had an excellent, same-day emergency service visit from Precision Overhead Door Service. The door on one garage was frozen in place due to a motor failure and worn rollers. The drive unit was 24 years old and from a different manufacturer. The inability to fully open or close the door was a potential safety and security issue, so Precision Overhead Door Service's ability to come out the same day (apparently their trademark) was appreciated. The two technicians, Noah and Alex, were outstanding. They were highly professional and modeled what I consider the four C's: Confidence - knowing exactly how to fix the issue; Communication - clearly discussing the issue, solution and cost; Competence - have the knowledge and experience to complete the repair properly in a timely manner; and Courtesy - treating the customer with respect and patiently answering questions. The exceptional experience started with my first contact with the company. The person who took my call was able to provide the assurance up front that someone would be out the same day to perform the repair, then she made all the arrangements in an efficient manner. I also received a text confirmation of the appointment that also included a photo of the lead tech, Noah, and a brief summary of his work experience, his customer rating (he was an MVP at the company!) and how he spends time with his family. What a privilege to have met Zach!! Two days ago my garage door stopped working. I am a DIY kind of guy so I attempted to fix it myself. The problem is there was no way to access my garage. I had no interior/exterior way to enter my garage. So like anyone would I asked around for a recommendation.
