My plans for moving started in March of 2025. It’s now Feb 2026. Max was patient on the actual move due to unexpected renovations. Max was very understanding thank you. Now to moving. This is the second time in the past couple of months I’ve used Mike, Felix, and Justin with PDX moving. The reason I used them again for the 2nd move is they made everything so easy. I had so much stuff that needed organized and moved. They made moving easy. They all are laid back and eager to please. They made what I considered complicated easy. Even after the move reassembled mirrors to dressers, organizing excess, moving large items upstairs. Mike the lead was able to make my washers and dryers fit. 2 sets of them inside and outside and put the door back on the laundry room. The list is endless of what these guys have done to make my life easier. They also work well together as a unit. This was a 300 mile move that included a home with upstairs and unique corners. This was 2 truck loads at 2 different days over the past month. I also have 4 cats they were respectful of them during the 2 moves. They are TikTok stars Yougotthelook :0) Again thank you and praying these guys have an amazing future because they deserve it. 🫂 We are blessed to have these guys be a big part of our move. And if I need a future move or even move things to storage I know who to call. We are grateful for all you guys. Thank you I forgot to add. I had alot of randomness. I think it's common to have initial distrust and concern about strangers moving your important items. I surely did. However, the initial person who took my call was Grady. He was very clear and explained well their policies and how the move would go. The movers, Felix and Mike, did an outstanding job loading and unloading everything without damaging a single thing. They are polite, professional, and arrived exactly on time, as scheduled. I don't like moving, but if I have to move, I'm going to call this company again. Great job guys.

Outstanding experience with PDX Movers Team! I had two movers, Seth and Zach, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. From start to finish, they were professional, careful, and incredibly efficient. Seth and Paul were fantastic helping my partner and I move this week! They were very gracious and gentle with all of our items. Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!

We had an outstanding experience with PDX Movers on our moving day. Our crew of three showed up exactly on time and worked hard and efficiently from start to finish. I had gathered three other quotes from different companies, and PDX Movers was the only one confident enough to estimate the job at under 8 hours. They budgeted 5.5 hours—and impressively finished in just a little over four. Because their team worked so quickly and professionally, we actually received a credit back. They loaded up our 3-bedroom home, plus an office and rec room, and organized everything perfectly in our storage unit. We were incredibly happy with their work. When it’s time to move our belongings from storage to another state, we will absolutely be using PDX Movers again. Highly recommend!

We had a lot of heavy antique pieces and they wrapped them with care and got them into place without a scratch! We hired PDX Movers recently, and overall the service was good— the team worked hard and got the job done. However, I do want to flag a serious issue: they moved our washer and dryer, and shortly after the move we had an appliance repair technician check them. Unfortunately, the washer was deemed completely inoperable and now has to be replaced while the dryer will require maintenance. This means that we have not been able to do laundry since our move and is adding an unexpected cost and stress. Everything else about the move was good, but this was a costly and disappointing outcome. Edit to Original Review: Since posting my original review, PDX Movers reached out and resolved the issue with our damaged washer. I really appreciate that they took responsibility and followed through to make things right. While our move wasn’t perfect, their responsiveness and willingness to address the problem speak well of their customer service.

From start to finish PDXmovers were professional, communicative, accessible and thorough. During the actual move on Aug. 15 (from SW N. Dakota St), the moving team were punctual, communicative with me and each other, and efficiently and safely emptied my parents’ very full apartment and moved everything into their new one in less time than anticipated.

My movers were Seth, Brandon, and Brad -all three were phenomenal, they took extra care to make sure everything that remotely could have gotten damaged/needed protection was blanket wrapped. In addition, there upwards of 2000 books that needed moving. I made the mistake of getting medium packing boxes for these instead of small ones (lesson learned), and the first few boxes were REALLY heavy. Despite this, they never once complained. Rock solid crew. My one complaint about the company is the marketing team is a little aggressive - I filled out several online interest forms for local moving companies, and PDX Movers was the only one that actually called me afterwards, for 3 days in a row, till we finalized the intake. They came highly reviewed, so I reached back out to them when I was ready, but the daily reminder was a little off putting.. On the other hand, the intake process was pretty smooth, and they person who handled the survey was also excellent. Altogether, I'd bump the score down to 4 stars, but I don't want to detract from the excellent job the guys did on the day of.

Best moving experience ever! We hired PDX movers to move our med spa from inside of Washington Square Mall into an office building in Beaverton. They sent four amazing guys: Chris A, Aryon, Grant and Isai. Not only did they take extreme care with all of our very expensive equipment, they wrapped everything beautifully, they were efficient and courteous. They had everything packed, loaded, moved and unloaded within four hours. The best part? The total came to $1,000 less than the initial quote. Highly recommend using them to make your moving a breeze.

They took great care of all items, the homes, and worked with me while I was experiencing the usual decision-fatigue and stress that comes with home buying and moving. I hired PDX Houston for a labor/truck only move over a short distance on September 10. The whole experience was very nice. From the no upselling on the services that I needed to the promptness of the move to how nice Mike, Felix and Carlos were during the moving process. The 3 of them never stopped working to minimize the hours I had to pay for and they were extremely careful with all of my furniture. I will use them again from the move out of storage in a month or so and would highly recommend to others.

Rock solid company. They're very careful and if anything they're too cautious. You do NOT need to treat my $10 IKEA mirror like it's a fragile infant. You do not need to meticulously inventory every Lego brick in the box, and I'm only partially joking here. They should have an option for those of us that'd prefer efficiency over 100% of our stuff being in predestine condition, my risk tolerance for IKEA furniture breaking is high, don't waste the time and material being too careful. I had a couple hiccups with logistics and misc things, but I was able to get everything worked out and my expectations where 100% met. The workers are all super professional and hard working.

This company saved our move. The other company ghosted us the day of our appointment. Niilo took care of everything, including putting almost everything into our new house. He saved the day and deserves being noticed.

I just used PDX Movers for a big move across the country, and have had a stellar experience. From the very beginning Max, my coordinator was very transparent with providing information so I could verify their qualifications and licensing, he helped me get a quote and through the process to secure them for my move. Leading up to the week of move the company was very communicative, lots of detailed instructions were provided, and payment was easy and clear. On the day of loading in Oregon the team was great. Our lead, Cody, was very good about letting us know of any changes (i.e. furniture that had to be further taken apart), helping us secure larger boxes for couch cushions, and the entire team was gentle with our stuff and very kind. Upon unloading, Mike, our lead was also great. He was hardworking, nice, and wonderful at ensuring the rest of the crew was gentle with our belongings, and he also stayed to ensure our stubborn Sleep Number bed was back up and running correctly. The only part of this journey that I've yet to experience is the claims process; we had a few small damages that I've submitted to the company and am hopeful the process will go as efficiently as this whole process has gone (I will update after that). I truly can't recommend them enough; moving across the country is so stressful and they made this process so easy!
