Went along today for an emergency dental reset, Fortunate to meet fabulous staff , full of care and consideration. Reset my problem and sent me away 😃 with a smile . I needed an emergency appointment and I was seen straight away. I explained to Dr Dan that I am an extremely nervous patient and he was very understanding. The treatment and service from everyone at Azure was first class!

I had an emergency appointment today to have a very tricky wisdom tooth extracted, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. Jason, the dentist, was absolutely exceptional. Truly the most efficient, professional, and skilled dentist I’ve ever encountered. He was incredibly patient and considerate, taking the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly, which put me completely at ease. The entire team was amazing! The ladies there were so warm and friendly making what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly smooth and comfortable. I am so grateful for the outstanding service I received and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much for your incredible care!

I rang today for an emergency for my partner he had horrific tooth ache. Azure managed to get him in as an emergency he isn't a patient here but I I have had some dental work here in the past and they are fantastic. They went above and beyond the implant specialist and dental nurse not sure of names was fantastic so reassuring and kind through out as she spoke through options. They have gone above and beyond and have helped my partner so much the relief he has felt already is amazing after days of pain and wait to be seen by another dentist elsewhere. Thank you, a fantastic practise with amazing staff and happy to help anyone I would highly reccomend you to anybody! Thank you!

We will always help emergency patients if we have spare diary space - it doesnt matter whether they are current patients of not - or whether its mid week or a weekend - if we have space we will do our best to help. And we are glad we were able to help your partner too :-)

Got an emergency appointment straight away all sorted pain free within an hour they are very professional make you feel relaxed Thank you to all at Azure dentist.

I always get my teeth taken care of at Azure Dental. It's all about trust, when you get to my age. I've had seventeen dentists in my lifetime, but only one surgery leaves me feeling like I'm valued and properly looked after. From the quarterly healthy teeth 'scale and polish' review, right through to the emergency weekend care (when no one else in the district cared about my broken tooth, or the pain I was in) I simply won't go anywhere else 😁

I needed an emergency dental appointment and was seen that day. My tooth was in a bad way, with a few treatments I now have a crown fitted. My experience was excellent, James and Patrie were lovely, I didn’t feel a thing and everything was explained to me in detail. All the other staff I met there were lovely too so I would highly recommend and will be going back there, thank you

I visited Azure as an emergency patient as I could not see my own. From the phonecall to seeing the dentist I could not fault them. Excellent customer care. The dentist I saw was outstanding. I would highly recommend this practice.

Excellent service when my own dentist was closed and could not get appointment that day with NHS Dental Healthline. Fitted me in on Saturday afternoon as emergency. Lovely staff. Really friendly. Highly recommend them. Well worth £55 fee.

I was in absolute agony for days, unable to get an appointment at a local dentist, Azure Dental fitted me in as a same day emergency. I'm not even on their books, but, they helped me regardless. I'm an extremely nervous patient, Dan, what can I say, she was so pleasant and reassuring. She got me out of pain, and arranged for further treatment at hospital. Not all superheros wear capes, some wear purple and lilac and work in Azure Dental though..... I would recommend absolutely without hesitation. P.s I loved the colour of the chairs in the upstairs waiting area! 😁

I was very surprised with how fast and painless everything went. Called up for an emergency appointment got seen within the hour, had 2 teeth removed with in 20 minutes. And yes their moto is true... "Thoroughly pain free"

I visited Azure in Formby for the first time today as an emergency patient. I hadn't found a new dentist after a recent relocation and after several hours of calling around, it soon became clear that this wasn't going to be an easy task. This was until I spoke to the friendly receptionist at Azure. It was a completely different 'can do' experience. She could obviously sense my discomfort and made arrangements for me to be seen same day, just a couple of hours later. The emergency fees were clearly explained to me and seemed very fair. I arrived for my appointment not knowing what to expect. I am an incredibly nervous dentist patient like many others. From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt like I was going for a nice spa treatment rather than the dentist. Azure has a bright, modern and fresh vibe with lovely friendly staff. I was made to feel instantly welcome. I met my allocated dentist (Ben) within a few minutes and he also made me feel at ease and completely confident in his abilities. My treatment was first class and everything was explained to me in a really easy to understand way. I couldn't have asked for more. As a result I will be moving all of my family to Azure as our new dentist. I couldn't be happier with the service and level of care. Thank you Azure, you have a wonderful practice and I can't wait to bring my family along to receive the same outstanding experience.

An absolutely fantastic experience. I had to book an emergency appointment during Covid-19 for an extraction of a back tooth. The communication was excellent and an immediate appointment was offered the next day. The care I received was first class, very friendly, professional and informative from start to finish. Advised of guidance for pandemic, talked through every step of actions to be taken. I would highly recommend Azure to everyone. Thank you

Couldn't have been more helpful! I've now abandoned my masochistic NHS dentist and joined up to Azure on the back of one emergency appointment :)
