Our technician Davidson Maldonado did an absolutely fantastic job. He helped walk me through the process and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I learned a lot about garage doors today. He made our garage door sound brand new again.

Our garage door spring suddenly broke. We contacted Precision Garage Door out of Visalia. They arranged an appointment the next day. The technician Raul Gonzalez arrived at our scheduled time. The service technician Raul Gonzalez explained in great detail the process required to "tune up" the garage door. He suggested replacement of the rollers and tightening of the door opener belt and the replacement of a couple of brackets. I was very pleased with his service. I would highly recommend him for any servicing you might be needing.

Super friendly and quick, gentlemen we’re done in half the time as the anticipated window. Prompt service excellent communication. My installer Andres and Josh Harp who gave me the initial quote for the new door install were incredible, Thank you both.

Upon arrival Manual assessed the situation, gave me three different scenarios, explanations and estimates that I could choose from as far as repairing my garage door. Leaving a five star review for Raul Gonzalez of precision Garage Door services. I had the pleasure of him coming out and giving me an estimate to repair my garage door. He was early to the appointment time. He was professionally dressed. He had a professional attitude and a sense of urgency that was greatly appreciated by me. Thanks to all of this knowledge I knew exactly what I had to get done and what needed to be replaced. He had Everything on his truck to fix my door. My garage door was fixed within two hours. Our door was horrible and loud. Now it is very quiet and operates smoothly. Raul Gonzalez knows his job and what it entails to keep a door working completely as it should. My wife and I just had new doors and openers installed at our home. We did not plan for this as one of two of our 12 year old openers was no longer working properly. I was hoping for an easy fix, but of course it hardly ever goes that way. So, we made the decision to replace it all. Although this was unplanned and more money than we planned on spending. Precision made it less painful by offering 0% financing. The process from start to finish was smooth. The best part is the whole job was done and completed the next day, Christmas Eve! Special thanks to Bryce (sales) and Mike (one man installer)! Both were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

My opener drive belt failed after 20 years. Young man came out within 2 hours and replaced the opener. Did a fine job all around. Fair price. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Our First contact with Precision was already a 10. Tony came out to do an estimate for us and he was very professional and very friendly. I had a few questions before making a decision and I did not have to wait long for a call back and he was very patient in answering all my questions. We made our decision on a Friday and our new garage was installed on Monday. We are very satisfied with the garage and with our installer Alex, who was very nice and very professional as well. I was very happy with the repairs, the price, and especially the explanation of how the garage door system worked and why the items needed to be replaced. I opted for lifetime warranty repairs, so I won't have to worry about it again. Plus, I called at 3 pm and they showed at 8 am the next day, and were done by 10 am.

Scotty Clements from Precision Garage Door communicated very well through text and in person. My appointment window time was between 12:00 to 16:00 however Scotty was able to move my time up and proceed with the service on the garage door. I was impressed with his knowledge and peace of mind that I opted to replace the springs, rods, and cables to fulfill a warranty. He was reassuring and displayed great customer service. 10/10 🌟’s and would recommend him to family & friends! Give him a raise, please!

Garage door system needed multiple items done to repair it. İ called Precision this morning around 9,:30 and they were here by 10:30! Their technician explained everything that was an issue and shared different plans to get it done. İ chose one, and the work was done in an hour and a half. Very pleased with Precision and their staff!

Isaac arrived promptly during the time quoted to me. He was friendly and professional. He was clean with a uniform shirt on. He checked my garage door opener and told me why it no longer worked and it needed to be replaced. He discussed with me 4 options and he gave me a final quote. I picked one and he started immediately putting the new one together and installed my new opener rapidly to my amazement within 30-45 mins. When he was finished he discussed with me how it worked and the 5 year warranty. I’m rating Isaac a perfect 10! Carolyn Newman a very satisfied customer!

I started getting an unfamiliar sound when closing the garage door . So I called precision Wednesday Afternoon thinking maybe getting somebody out before the weekend , I was pleasantly surprised the receptionists told they had a technician in the area and would be able to stop by that afternoon. We just had our new garage door installed today by Precision Garage Door and could not be happier with their excellent service. They arrived the same day I called for quote, walked us through all the options, explaining the quality difference without any pressure to sign. Left us with information and quotes to think about it. After we made our decision, they came back same day to sign & place order. Door arrived ahead of schedule and was installed in a few hours, hauled away the old door and looks beautiful.

Bryce with Precision Door saved us on the 4th of July! Our garage door spring broke and then our door fell off the tracks. Precision was able to come out within 1hr of me calling for an appointment. Excellent service by true professionals-thank you Bryce & Michael. We had 2 top of the line garage motors installed and they were patient in explaining the original diagnoses, and even helped program our cars!

Raul Gonzalez came to our house the same day we called for an appointment. He could not make the scheduled time but worked out a later time with my husband. He diagnosed our issue quickly and was so patient while explaining what needed to be done. He was extremely efficient, knowledgable and quick. He left his business card if we had any follow up questions or issues. We will be using Precision again if we have any work to be done. If you want great service give them a call.

Our technician Bryce Diaz called us before he arrived and gave us an exact time of arrival. Once he arrived he was so incredibly professional and thorough! He completed an inspection of our entire door and pointed out some parts that were near failure and explained to my wife and I how he could improve how our door runs and make it much quieter! once he completed the service I realized how loud my door was prior to Bryce’s visit! My garage door stopped working and after days of lifting it manually I called Precision Garage Door. They came out the next day and after asking Raul Gonzalez, the technician lots of question,I decided to have him fix it. I could tell he took pride in his work and was honest. He stayed and fixed my garage door that same day and I couldn't believe how quiet it was. So glad I used Precision and that the technician they sent was Raul.

Raul, the technician does a very good job installing the new garage opener. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us good recommendation in maintaining the new unit and also future repair needed to preserved the life of our door garage. I rate his performance very excellent.

Jose worked on my '99 Honda and there were problems again a month later so he replaced everything again using a different brand and didn't charge me anything. He always takes videos of the car and his work so you can see what he's doing. His price per hour for the area is good.
