I have used Precision Garage Door a few times and every time we have had same day service, text messages on which technician is coming out and when they will be at the house. I can’t say enough good things about this company and will continue to call them when needed. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Precision Garage Door and especially Bryce, who came out to help me. Garage door system needed multiple items done to repair it. İ called Precision this morning around 9,:30 and they were here by 10:30! Their technician explained everything that was an issue and shared different plans to get it done. İ chose one, and the work was done in an hour and a half. Very pleased with Precision and their staff!

Isaac arrived promptly during the time quoted to me. He was friendly and professional. He was clean with a uniform shirt on. He checked my garage door opener and told me why it no longer worked and it needed to be replaced. He discussed with me 4 options and he gave me a final quote. I picked one and he started immediately putting the new one together and installed my new opener rapidly to my amazement within 30-45 mins. When he was finished he discussed with me how it worked and the 5 year warranty. I’m rating Isaac a perfect 10! Carolyn Newman a very satisfied customer!

I started getting an unfamiliar sound when closing the garage door . So I called precision Wednesday Afternoon thinking maybe getting somebody out before the weekend , I was pleasantly surprised the receptionists told they had a technician in the area and would be able to stop by that afternoon. We just had our new garage door installed today by Precision Garage Door and could not be happier with their excellent service. They arrived the same day I called for quote, walked us through all the options, explaining the quality difference without any pressure to sign. Left us with information and quotes to think about it. After we made our decision, they came back same day to sign & place order. Door arrived ahead of schedule and was installed in a few hours, hauled away the old door and looks beautiful.

I was very pleased with the process from the time I called to the time they arranged for an technician to come to service. Bryce with Precision Door saved us on the 4th of July! Our garage door spring broke and then our door fell off the tracks. Precision was able to come out within 1hr of me calling for an appointment. Excellent service by true professionals-thank you Bryce & Michael. We had 2 top of the line garage motors installed and they were patient in explaining the original diagnoses, and even helped program our cars!

Raul Gonzalez came to our house the same day we called for an appointment. He could not make the scheduled time but worked out a later time with my husband. He diagnosed our issue quickly and was so patient while explaining what needed to be done. He was extremely efficient, knowledgable and quick. He left his business card if we had any follow up questions or issues. We will be using Precision again if we have any work to be done. If you want great service give them a call.

Our technician Bryce Diaz called us before he arrived and gave us an exact time of arrival. Once he arrived he was so incredibly professional and thorough! He completed an inspection of our entire door and pointed out some parts that were near failure and explained to my wife and I how he could improve how our door runs and make it much quieter! once he completed the service I realized how loud my door was prior to Bryce’s visit! My garage door stopped working and after days of lifting it manually I called Precision Garage Door. They came out the next day and after asking Raul Gonzalez, the technician lots of question,I decided to have him fix it. I could tell he took pride in his work and was honest. He stayed and fixed my garage door that same day and I couldn't believe how quiet it was. So glad I used Precision and that the technician they sent was Raul.

Raul, the technician does a very good job installing the new garage opener. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us good recommendation in maintaining the new unit and also future repair needed to preserved the life of our door garage. I rate his performance very excellent.

Jose worked on my '99 Honda and there were problems again a month later so he replaced everything again using a different brand and didn't charge me anything. He always takes videos of the car and his work so you can see what he's doing. His price per hour for the area is good.
