What an awesome experience in finding and adopting our new furbaby, Willow, a Teddy Bear (Shih Tzu-miniature poodle mix), and getting her enrolled in two weeks of puppy preschool. The application is easy to complete. The staff are very accessible, quick to respond to calls and emails with our questions. They have products available to purchase at great prices to help with making your puppy's transition to their new home successful. We were blown away by their facilty. Very well organized and very clean! Their website and YouTube channels provide a lot of useful information, answering a lot of questions you may have in preparing for your puppy and in training your puppy. We love the twice weekly text messages, photos, emails and videos updating us on our furbaby's progress in puppy preshool. We highly recommend The Charlotte Dog Club for your new furbaby!

I have Noah here. He’s been with me now six years. I have gotten from Charlotte Dog club and thinking about getting him a brother. Because they are the best breeder that I know so far and good healthy dogs.

I had absolutely hands down the best experience with Charlotte Dog Club! Livi is now 3 and is the funniest, cutest, and sweetest thing I have ever seen! CDC found an issue with Livi on one of her many vet checks prior to leaving their beautiful facility that is really like a home. She needed surgery, not emergent but they wanted to perform it, ensure she was ok, and I could pick her up 2 days later. They were so kind- they called and updated me when she was out of surgery, and later that night, were not irritated I called at 9pm to make sure she was perking up, eating and drinking. They are on call available 24/7 to the new pet moms and dads to answer questions and all the what do i do if??? Questions… they had the puppy starter pack I recommend you buy from them- it’s very nice and all the items are high quality. The snugglepuppy was the best part- the first night crating her, she cried for about five mins and then went right to sleep with her puppy! She has been a wonderful addition to my life after I had lost my first dog (12 yr old Cavalier) to CHF and had to put her down. I was heartbroken but Livi helped me move forward and I think was the perfect pick!

Their service is excellent. It was a wonderful experience getting our first puppy with Charlotte Club.

We purchased two puppies, at different times, from the Charlotte Dog Club and all I can say is the world would be a better place if all dog breeders ran their operations like the Charlotte Dog Club. In our opinion the Charlotte Dog Club is an outstanding breeder. My wife spent a lot of time researching dog breeders and decided we needed to check out the Charlotte Dog Club. We were going on vacation and decided to visit their facilities to see first-hand how they seemed. We felt their facilities were good and the puppies we saw were very healthy. We were very tempted to get one Aussiedoodle but it was not the mix we were initially interested in and they did not have any of the mixes we were interested available at the time. We were interested in mini Bernedoodles. Once we got home my wife noticed that they have a litter of mini Sheepadoodles coming available soon. I always loved Sheepdogs and poodles so I was all over that. It was not much longer before we picked one and it was being flown to us with a pet nanny from the Club. Best dog ever! He was actually 100% house trained at three months and is the smartest dog I have ever had. He has demonstrated problem solving abilities, without being taught, that are more what I would expect from a primate. It was not long before we decided he needed a play mate. So we also got a mini Bernedoodle puppy from the Charlotte Dog Club. She has also been a great dog, but we did have an initial issue with her. No problems from the Charlotte Dog Club, honored they health guarantee without any debate or arguments. She was fine upon arrival, but within about three days after arrival she got Giardia. The gestation period for Giardia tends to be around four or five days. Plus she had just been in our back yard due to not having her shots yet. So where did the Giardia come from? It is possible to develop symptoms in three days after exposure, but it’s less likely. Regardless, it could certainly be debated on where she got Giardia. She had to be exposed immediately upon arrival, in transit, or shortly before coming. Then it was not long before our Sheepadoodle also caught Geardia from our Bernedoodle. The Charlotte Dog Club had us send them the vet and lab bills, then they credited $700 back to my credit card to cover the cost of treating the Giardia. No debate, no arguments, no hassle. It is rare to find a breeder that stands by their word and guarantees as good as the Charlotte Dog Club does. Anyone that tried to claim this is a puppy mill simply because of the volume of puppies might want to actually visit the place and learn about it before shooting off their mouths.

We got our mini Bernedoodle, Ellie, this Summer and I never knew I was a dog person until she became a part of our family. We had a great experience and she is the best most loving dog we could have asked for! She has made me consider a second dog in the future and I wish I would have been more open to getting her sooner. The young puppy phase is work but worth it and she has been easy to train with consistent training and research on what she needed. Her size estimate has been spot on at around 25 lbs when she is fully grown and the wavy coat does not shed much at all.

Charlotte Dog Club is wonderful. Everyone is super nice, great location. They answered all of questions, they checked on us frequently to make sure everything was ok. The take home kit was very helpful. My girl Zoey is a Havapoo and she fits right in with our family. I highly recommend Charlotte Dog Club.

I adopted my little Praise from the Charlotte Dog Club. He attended puppy preschool, since I am a first time dog owner. He os the perfect little dog and he is the sweetest dog. Everyone loves him.
