I visited The Audiology Place recently for problems with not being able to tolerate certain kinds of sounds. I can't recommend Dr Steers highly enough. She was friendly, kind, and understanding. She fully explained the reasons for her diagnosis and recommendations on what to do to deal with the problems. Dr Steers has a lovely sense of humour but is still extremely professional; she made me feel totally relaxed and reassured. Thanks so much!

Dr Signe Steers was incredible with my 4-year-old daughter. From the moment we walked in, she made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. She turned the entire appointment into a game, so my daughter had so much fun and genuinely loved the experience. Both ladies here are awesome!!! They fit me in same day and last minute even though I had never been here before. I tried for weeks to book in at another clinic but it never worked out. Trusted Google reviews to find me another clinic and came across these guys! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles! Such a calm environment and such a beautiful clinic. The ladies are so attentive and very knowledgeable! So patient, kind and gave me so much advice. Such lovely ladies and I love how closely they both work together to create a team!
