I got in touch with Bsaunas USA as I was looking to install a 5’x8’ custom sauna in a pool house I was having built. They were very helpful when I called and Alex accommodated my schedule to meet during off hours to go through build and design options. I also hired them to install it. When the installer arrived, we discovered the room was framed to smaller dimensions than expected. Vadim made adjustments on the fly and now we have a sauna we are very happy with. Coordinating and timing the electrical work was a bit of a challenge but at the end of the day it all worked out. Overall a very positive experience.

I rehabbed the milkhouse in my 1918 barn into an in-floor heated tiled wetroom with a plunge pool and rain shower and a beautiful 5’x10’ cedar lined sauna. I searched and researched and peppered numerous suppliers about lumber and supplies to construct it. NO ONE came anywhere close to the fully engaged and committed service I got from Demitri and his crew. Questions were answered quickly, any special requests/ideas were truly listened to, shipping was more than prompt, the packaging exceptional and freight costs right where they should be, and I even got two orders from them! All prices were competitive or better than other suppliers and the material top quality. Do not bother talking to any other supplier, you are in the most capable hands with BSaunas.

I'm still in the process of building a custom sauna but have had a great experience with Bsuanas. I found them through a Google search and couldn't be happier with the product. I bought all of my interior cladding, some exterior cladding, lights, the door, and some accessories from them. The lumber is not installed yet, but I have received it, unpacked it all, and couldn't be happier with the product. I bought mostly Western Red clear cedar, and it is as I hoped it would be. After doing a lot of research online for clear cedar, their website also seemed to be one of the better ones for building a custom sauna. I could use my design and pick out what I needed. The phone call follow up was really just for confirmation and payment processing, making it hassle-free. There was a slight hiccup in that my order was missing an item from my order. However, a couple of emails later over the course of a couple of hours resolved that, and my missing item was shipped right away. It arrived today (a few days later). I know mistakes can happen and Bsaunas fixed it immediately, professionally, and at no cost to me. Thanks again!

Alex and his support team were terrific in assisting with our construction and purchase of our sauna. We custom built, with their help, a 6' X 10' with an 8' ceiling. He advised us throughout the purchase of the HUUM heater and, of course, all the cedar. When we accidentally broke a side glass to the sauna front wall, he quickly sent out a replacement so our contractor could continue in a timely fashion. He also answered myriad questions about the wiring and hookup of the heater itself. Thanks to the team and especially to Alex for being good at what they do. I ordered a "custom indoor sauna kit" from Bsaunas and had a contractor (who was doing a lot of other work in our basement besides) install it. I had a lot of questions and even had to change my order a couple times. Alex was so very helpful - it seemed like it was no trouble for him at all. Also, I had several other phone conversations and email exchanges with him and I really appreciate his patience and concern. Of note, when discussing the various options, he explained them all to me clearly without trying to "upsell" me. One of Alex's colleagues delivered everything to our home, and he happened to notice that the contractor had something wrong - he pointed that out and we had it fixed before the sauna was actually build. We are really enjoying our sauna! I recommend Bsaunas very highly!

I have owned 3 saunas (all wood, and all outdoor). The quality of this product is next level. The boards are knot free (virtually), straight, and remarkably thicker than other brands. Unlike other kit saunas, these parts all fit with little to no trim needed and the final product is exceptional. These guys turned me onto the best heater (and heater app) in the business. HUUM is next level, and the perfect match for my sauna. Lastly, every time you do a kit you need help, and Alex and team are awesome. They got me a few extra parts, answered questions, and have been great.

Al was great to work with, he had reached out almost immediately after I first inquired about a sauna. I had done my research for over a year and when I came across bsauna and the reviews I saw enough positive to reach out. He made the process very easy, and was available and helpful throughout the entire process. I also used his electrician, they did a very clean job and it turned out I had a faulted controller in my Huum heater - no fault of anyone’s but the manufacturer. Paul the electrician and Al got me a new controller the next day. As you can imagine after all the time I spent building and money put into it, I was pretty bummed that my sauna stopped working after a day of use. Paul came out at 10pm after working all day and swapped the parts out and had my sauna working again. Just top notch customer service. I would certainly recommend to anyone in the market who is doing their research and come across bsauna.

Just a few weeks ago we finally got our sauna from bsaunas!!! Super excited! As we were told it's the first sauna of that size that came from a new supplier in Estonia. We ordered it in the beginning of summer and 3 and a half months later guys from bsaunas came to us and installed it in two days!!We really like the design, big round window facing a pond is definitely the main accent of it, and it's also a very convenient feature...you can enjoy picturesque views of the pond while having a cup of tea in the chill room. We tried it a few times already, steam is the best, it takes less than an hour to be ready for use. The only thing I don't like is that sauna is located at a vacation spot and we can't use it every day lol!!!
