We engaged Affordable Handyman Services to fix our wardrobe door because the track has been worn out after years of wear and tear. We also reached out to several other services, and chose them because of the price. The handyman arrived this morning at 10am, and got to work disassembling the wardrobe doors from the existing tracks. The job was done in less than half an hour, and the doors are now sliding smoothly. There was not much dust or dirt generated during the fix, so they did not advise that we empty the wardrobe. But since it is the end of the year, and we do need to do spring cleaning, we emptied the wardrobes over the evening. Appreciate the work done, and will recommend them again.

One of my balcony sliding doors was stucked, plus rubber coming out of the glass/door frame. Was happy to find out Affordable Handyman Services offer door roller replacements and help me fix the extruding rubber. Quick response by WhatsApp, and quick appointment for their handyman to come down and replace rollers for 2 panels and fixing the rubber. Handyman also checked the locks are working fine and made some minor adjustment as well. Strongly recommend giving them a call on how to fix your balcony sliding doors for advice and quotation. Previously, my door closed, but didn't latch completely, allowing anyone, even a strong breeze to open the door. I messaged them and they helped arrange a technician to come by. Reached out via WhatsApp after office hours and received quotation within early morning next business day. I needed help with an ITS915 hold-open unit installation (labour only). Decided to engage AS as their price was much more friendly as compared to another handyman services that shared their quote with me. Their rep was supposed to arrive at 1pm for the installation, but gave me a call to double check on my availability for earlier arrival at 12:15pm. He got the job done within ~30mins. I’m glad he informed me that there may be slight cosmetic damage to the rail/door and got my acknowledgement before going ahead (developer had applied wood glue to the rail making it harder to be removed for the installation). Installation was done well and I can barely pinpoint any cosmetic damage that would have bothered me! He was professional and had the experience / tools that were required to fix small issues along the way with the fit and glide of the stopper unit which I did not purchase through AS. I also asked if he was able to help adjust the strength of the closing as I found the “slam” to be rather inconsiderate to my neighbours. He highlighted that the hold-open unit was supposed to fulfil the purpose of holding the door open only, but did help to check on the hydraulic arm to see if anything could be adjusted (unfortunately not, based on my development’s main door mechanism). All in all, I’m a satisfied customer!
