I got lipo 360 done here about three weeks ago and they were all knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. Quick shout out to Dominique and Andy. They were great personalities and a great support. Started with Bert, who was patient and worked with me on a contract and paying for my removal and implants. He has the BEST uplifting personality and answered all my questions and even asked to make sure I didn’t have more, constant contact via texting! 👌 I previously had a lift and 425s overfilled to 450cc each. I was going way bigger, but had to do the first step to make sure this one was good. Once I came in for my face to face consultation, I got the orders for blood work and mammogram and all taken care of before the surgery. McKenzie was my care coordinator, she was nice when we met in person for my consultation and I had a few questions afterwards, I emailed her them and she got me my answers without hesitation. Day of: got there 6am and by 7am I was rolling into surgery and the anesthesiologist was calm, easy going, friendly and I felt safe. He did a great job knocking me out. There was another tech and I forgot her name, but she was direct, to the point, informative and asked me if I had questions to make sure I understood everything going forward. She was never rude to me even though when I’m nervous I joke a lot so she was patient with me tapping a lot. Once I woke up my husband came and got me, and I was on my way. There has been minimal pain, just pressure, but to be expected with how large I went. I am literally so freaking happy with my results. I saved up for over a year to have Dr. Janeby replace mine and it was worth it. I highly recommend this team!

I had a mini facelift, neck lift and rhinoplasty two weeks ago. I’m 55 years old. The first week was rough but I’m happy with the results and I’m sure in time once all the swelling goes away I’ll love my results. Doing everything at once is not for the faint of heart, I would recommend doing it in two separate times. The staff and doctor treated me very well. Highly recommend Dr Jeneby for these procedures.

The staff was amazing and my recovery was smooth. My nurses named, Mike were wonderful. They came to check on me often, but did let me rest when I needed it, Dr Jeneby came to check on me in the early morning. Dr Phillips was great. He asked me questions and I liked that about him. Went in last week 6/4 for a breast lift and implant replacement with a capsulectamy . So far I’m healing well and pleased with my results. Dr Jeneby is my Original Dr for my implants 17 years ago. Mackenzie was my coordinator, she was so sweet, didn’t make me feel rushed and maintained great communication with me before my surgery with any questions I had. Especially when I was nervous he gave me reassurance especially when I was thinking of going to Miami. He always so flexible with my needs and is understanding and is so helpful! The financing options were excellent, giving me the flexibility I needed without any complications. I had a great experience with Dr.Jeneby and McKenzie, I loved my results from my skinny BBL. I feel so comfortable in my body now and it actually motivates me to want to try to perfect it overall. Even the follow up visits were great, they made sure everything was healing properly and if I had concerns they addressed them. McKenzie is so nice and definitely listens and assists with questions and getting back to me promptly. Would highly recommend, I even plan on returning to get a breast augmentation. All the staff is really friendly and they actually listen to you. Dr Jeneby did my mommy makeover and he did an amazing job even though it has only been a week and I am still swollen. Decided to give Spa Black in stone oak a shot after many months of looking into various locations in the area. I have never had any Botox services in the past and was very nervous about the procedure and results. I am so happy with how at ease the staff made me feel and and even after 6 days, I’m loving the results. Update 1/9/25: I just had my 1 yr w/ Dr. J. I find him to be a very kind, knowledgeable, skilled , and attentive surgeon. He's fixing things that aren't even his fault, like dog ears from the tummy tuck, it's totally how my body healed and doesn't even look that bad, but he's going to fix it anyway. For anyone who has had anything bad to say about him, you're probably expecting perfection and that's not realistic. Our bodies don't always heal the way we want, especially if your older, lazy, or sloppy. And some people are just plain ignorant to how easily germs spread, if 2020 taught you anything, you should have learned how easy it is to cross contaminate. If you're going to spend a lot of money on surgery, be smart enough to ask you primary care Dr for an extra antibiotic backup prescription. Good things are more likely to happen when you take accountability and responsibility for your own health and well-being. I'm super happy with all the proceedures I've had from Dr. Jeneby. No regrets here. 🎉🎉

I first met Mckenzie who went over my procedures and financials throughly. Dr Jeneby and his staff definitely care about your results. 2 days post op and I have nothing but nice things to say. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jeneby and his staff! I had 2 separate procedures done one in April and the other in August. Just did my 1 week post op. ( 9/3/24) I seen Crystal , she was so patient and answered all my questions. Ensured me that my husband and I were/are doing everything right. Surgery Day (8/27/24) - Maximus surgery center was amazing. Everyone was really nice. My RN ( i cant remember her name ) did great at keeping me informed before and after the surgery. My overnight nurse( I can't remember his name either ), he was so good! Stayed on top of my care at the hotel. Had my consultation with Dr Barlow today (6/27/24) for Super Mommy Makeover. Anesthesia went so well. I always have had issues with Anesthesia and had none this time thanks to how much the Anesthesiologist listened to my concerns. FU with Dr. Beard haa been great. She always calls me back promptly and has assisted with all my needs post surgery. As a nurse myself I highly suggest Dr. J. I finally feel like the outside matches the inside! Awesowe job to all of you! Update: 1/30/24 It's been a little over a year and I'm very happy with my results. Friends and Family still think I got a BBL (I didn't). Had a little incident with contact dermatitis but that was strictly an allergic reaction I had to the glue that couldn't have been anticipated! Luckily, the NP was readily available and meds were called in instantly. All better now. 3 weeks out and totally healed.

As this was my first time undergoing Botox injections, I was feeling apprehensive. The nurse practitioner demonstrated in-depth knowledge and provided detailed information about the procedure, which helped me feel at ease. I will be returning for further treatment.

Facility is nice, staff is very friendly. I came for a second opinion about my capsular contracture and tried the Aspen Ultrasound treatment. McKenzie was great at explaining procedure and helping me through it. I’m glad I found this practice and had options other than straight to surgery.

I had the most incredible time working with Dr Couvillion and the team at the Plastic and Cosmetic Center of South Texas. I lost 115 lbs and was left with significant skin sagging, so I was been looking into skin removal surgery, total body lift (tummy tuck, mons lift, arm lift, breast lift & augmentation). Everyone was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had. The finance team helped me with getting the loan for covering my surgeries. I was booked quickly for surgery after my initial consult and I was able to do most of the procedures I wanted in my first surgery (not the arm lift). By following all of the after-care instructions given to me, at 4 months post-op I’ve been healing great! I definitely am going to try to work with them again on my arms and any other potential needs in the future!

Procedures - Lazer resurfacing on face and neck fat transfer to nasal folds and cheekbones. Repair of symmastia with 400cc augmentation. 360 Lipo with renuvion and medial thigh from beginning -end. Front Desk Maggie, Nurse Practitioner Crystal, Financial Rudy, coordinator McKenzie and Dr. Jeneby all level A!! The phone call with Rudy (financial) went great I was able to pay, sign forms on my phone, and schedule all my dates. We spoke about expectations and exact cost for my procedures and Rudy was super. I will be having my zoom online consultation in a couple of days … stay tuned.. BTW~ I am Jo Ann from Boston procedure 3/7/24 With Dr Jeneby!! Had virtual consult with NP and Dr Jeneby came in to talk and explain things and was very thorough and honest and he is very cute, too I like his personality a lot. He’s funny and cool. I love his hair. The meeting wasn’t long and it started on time. He added on the internal bra system. I am hoping that I am not surprised with any other add ons during the pre-op. (( I was but I agreed that the add ons would make things superb)) I wasn’t surprised with needing the internal bra but Rudy didn’t entertain my questioning of wanting one at the initial quote. I called Rudy back today to try to get hooked up with a private nurse he referred me to a coordinator. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any names to contact. If you would like you could add a package on to your procedure that would include nurses for various amounts of time but I was interested in contacting privately so I am currently pursing that. (( I ended up bringing a friend )) Stay tuned ….. Booked my hotel in Stone Oak for a week from the pre op. If I need to add on days I will. I work for a major airline and fly whenever I want or need to with out issue. **** UPDATE**** I arranged my care and it works out phenomenally because my son in law and daughter are attending leadership classes in Dallas and are meeting me in San Antonio the day before surgery because the class ends that day.Stay tuned…. Today I texted Rudy to ask what Dr J’s email address is but I didn’t hear bank from him ( very sure he’s busy) I think I might be confusing when I need to text Rudy or when to get in touch with my coordinator. None the less, I found his email Address and emailed him the info I then realize my coordinator was McKenzie. It’s getting closer and I am committed to supplying the doctor with everything he asks me for. I need blood work and EKG so I am awaiting those orders. I really enjoy watching the lives and procedure videos. I will give consent for the dr to show my procedure online 3/7. Stay tuned… I am in San Antonio and the process has become easier. MacKenzie has been very responsive and I understand more now how this process works I have my pre op tomorrow stay tuned…. PHENOMENAL PRE OP EXPERIENCE I AM IN LOVE WITH THE DR AND THE CLINIC surgery 3/7 stay tuned…. Ok, my surgery day went well. I was marked and prepped. I watched part of the surgery on you tube after, it was quite interesting. The nurses took great care of me. I have very healthy blood pressure top number being 107 so after the surgery I needed a little extra care as it dipped a little and I fainted but the nurses went into action immediately and I was well taken care of. To my own fault, I was dehydrated and not taking in the appropriate amount of water as well. There were 3 nurses taking care of me at once to ensure a smooth transition home… Ok, we are 10 days out and I am floored with the results so far and they are not even close to being complete. I was able to come home and have my local hospital remove the drains which was prearranged. Tomorrow is my post op and I am looking forward to the comments of the physician. I go back to work in a couple days. My first post op occurred and it was amazing. My incisions were looked at and the results thus far. I have another post op Monday to learn how to start massaging downward. The results are very impressive. I will figure out how to add before and after photos or direct to a private link when I’m ready … Perfection.
