I went to Kane at Future Power team in a little desperation after an experience with another company fell through. Kane came out very quickly and surveyed my house. He offered a couple of different options, the price was competitive and lead times were great ( I had an install date within 2 weeks) during this time a new product, a GivEnergy All In One was released which I preferred, even though FPT had never installed Kane worked with me and got a good quote and install date which was only a week later. Come install time the electricians were professional and did an excellent job. I’m very happy with the job Kane and FPT did and would highly recommend them. I will be returning for PV Panels when I have saved the pennies.

I’ve been after some solar panels for a while now and these guys were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It took no time at all for someone to come out and whey the job up. At my follow up appointment I was shown all my different options with no pressure on which one to pick. The team gave me an amazing information packet that showed my projected savings as well as solid advice on how to best make use of my new gadgets. They came to check on me after as well to make sure my app was up & running and the whole system works flawlessly. Everyone in this company from sales to admin and are so friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. I’d not bother shopping anywhere else as you’re not going to find anyone who’s as cost effective and at the same high standard as these guys.

From sales, to installation and after sales, I would definitely recommend, everyone has been great! I few months ago I had a full PV + battery system installed by Future Power Team. The experience was excellent. Kane explained my options and gave me suggestions considering my budget and my requirements. They did the install a few weeks after in a very fast and tidy manner. Then they managed everything to do with export license and documentation, while keeping me informed. Would 100% recommend. Especial thanks to Kane and Scarlett for being so supportive and responsive.

Future Power Team were the stand out quote from the 6 I got when looking for someone to put up panels for us. They were open and honest about the potential generation from my small roof space and didn't try to oversell what was possible. They were detailed in answering questions, and proactive in discovering the answers I had behind any more detailed questions. The install was delayed by a scaffolding delivery delay, but they communicated about this effectively and managed my expectations accordingly. This meant a 1 day install (which was definitely possible) turned into 2 days but was managed well and at no inconvenience to us. We've just received our first energy statement following the install and our energy usage has halved in comparison to the same period last year! Excellent!
