My initial inquiry was answered very promptly, my appointment started at the allocated time. Dr. Poulos is very professional, I instantly felt at ease talking to him and he really listens. Fantastic experience! I’ve recently switched over from another place and can honestly say Dr Poulos genuinely cares and actually takes the time to get to know you. It’s such a sensitive nature and not once did he make me feel judged or less than. I have never had a Dr take the time to really listen and understand me.
