First, the convenience of having a physician be able to see his patients pretty much at any time, on any day for a consultation, who is also available for questions via text message. Also he is highly trained in his field and can provide same day prescriptions. He listens and truly cares about providing the right treatment. It's really hard to find good mental health care providers. I'm so very happy and thankful that I found Dr. Poulos. He is wonderful. He actually listens. He shows legitimate interest and concern during our conversations. He's not dismissive or condescending. He truly cares about his patients' well-being. Scheduling is easy. And not having insurance isn't an issue. His services are more affordable than my last doctor. I could go on and on about all the positive things I've found with Allpure behavioral health. But I'll stop here and just say, if you're looking for a mental health care provider that will make you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to, then Dr. Poulos is your guy.

I am so happy I found ALLPURE. Had nothing but issues with other sites like quick MD and Bicycle, etc.. I found wonderful provider named Kari, she went above and beyond for me. Instead of 2 seconds here you go she actually asked me questions. I actually felt like she was there to help me. Cannot say enough of how amazing I was treated, world needs more caring people like Kari. It’s worth every penny and they have multi specialties so your not hopping from one platform to another

I can’t say enough good things about Allpure. When I found them, I had been using another company who was not only unethical, but they only cared about money. You could never actually speak to anyone and at no point did you feel that they actually cared about your well-being. Allpure is 180 degrees different. On my first day, I actually spoke to not only a real person, but the actual doctor that would be treating me. He was kind and compassionate and treated the whole patient. Not just the symptom. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction or any mental health issues. These guys are amazing!

Dr. Populous is an amazing doctor. The only negative is his office is not closer. I have not had a doctor that takes their time to listen to their patients like Dr. P in a long time. I’m so happy to have found Allpure and for them linking me up with a doctor who genuinely cares. He has changed my life.

Very insightful and helpful with the care given. Dr. Scruggs has been amazing. She is very helpful and genuinely cares. Very easy to use the portal to get appointments and also have membership plans as well. Easy to pay online and does offer some telehealth options. Great place to use.

First of all, let me say that everything I am about to say is 100% true. I'm just an average person who is receiving Suboxone therapy. I have been receiving Suboxone from another telehealth organization for the past 2 years. But because of an insurance issue, I was abruptly unenrolled, leaving me with no medication without warning. I had been without my medication for 2 days and was in a real predicament, so I went online and found Allpure. I really thought it sounded too good to be true, especially for only $95, as most Suboxone therapy places are at least twice that much, some places even more, so I was very leery about paying the money to book an online appointment with a doctor before I found out if they would be able to help me. I called the number on this website, and within 10 minutes Dr Poulos himself called me back, and was very professional and more than friendly, answered all my questions, and I was then able to hang up and schedule an online appointment, via the website, for THE SAME DAY! Allpure has really been a lifesaver. Like I said, the doctor himself called me back and was more than happy to answer any questions, BEFORE I had to pay a dime. I booked my appointment and immediately received the invoice and appointment link via email. No one asked me to write this review, it was never even mentioned, but after he ease of the whole process, I felt compelled to. I'm even going to recommend Dr Poulos and Allpure to my brother-in-law, who recently quit his Suboxone therapy because of the hassle of waiting at his doctor's office for sometimes up to 3 hours, for an appointment that cost more than twice as much, and where Suboxone patients were only seen on Wednesdays, leading to ridiculous wait times. Anyway, like I said, here you can have your questions answered before you ever have to pay a dime, so no risk involved. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are in need of immediate help.
