Very insightful and helpful with the care given. Dr. Scruggs has been amazing. She is very helpful and genuinely cares. Very easy to use the portal to get appointments and also have membership plans as well. Easy to pay online and does offer some telehealth options. Great place to use.

I just started coming here 2 months ago and so far it has been great experience! Dr. Poulos has really showed an interest in making sure I'm doing ok and talking to me on a personal level more than any doctor I've had in the past. I would certainly recommend to anyone, which is why I'm taking the time to write this review. 5 stars!

Amazing, wonderful, awesome caring, compassionate, friendly I can go on. But I’m not going to cause I think you’ve gotten the point. Here’s my story and a very short form. So I’ve dealt with many doctors on my journey to be better. So many take advantage of you, or treat you like garbage. Very unsure this was a real doctor office, I called and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Poulos Is very caring and kind. I felt that I could take a deep breath and relax because I no longer had to deal with the other guy who took advantage of me and many others. From bogus fines of contract breach. Being yelled at by the lady upfront the wife. Or talking to a Doctor Who you can tell, obviously did not care or hear anything you said. But not Dr. Poulos Seriously, I felt right at home. We discussed my past what I’ve been doing and what I wanted to do going forward how did I want to correct myself. The other one never asked those questions. And that’s what really tells you that somebody truly cares. Doctors like Dr. P are very very rare I only hope he can duplicate himself because when their office gets filled up, they’re gonna need more just like him to carry the torch. And guide people to their Happy healthy better Self. I could go on and on, but I don’t know that there’s too many people out here that read To the end. I had to switch psychiatrists and wanted someone in the area. I was so nervous to switch because I've had psychiatrists who don't really listen and try to use me to try new medications on the market, or who have just been all about the money. This place is just different in every way. So far I've had a great experience with Dr. Poulos. He actually listens and genuinely cares about your concerns and your wellbeing. He doesn't rush you through the appointment. You can tell he's passionate about helping people. The office is also easy to communicate with.
