I needed to be closer to my brother who lives here. I was in a new place, 12 hours away from my previous doctor, out of medication, and stessed out. Dr. Poulos was very attentive and seemed to genuinely care! He even followed up to make sure I had gotten my medicine and to make sure I was doing okay. Words can't express how grateful I am to him and how easy it was to receive care. Not to mention the cost being about a quarter of what I had previously been paying. Thank you Dr. Poulos!

We meet once a month, and each session has been incredibly helpful. He’s a great professional—knowledgeable, attentive, and respectful—but what stands out the most is how human and approachable he is. I genuinely look forward to our meetings. I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Paulos and I will forever cherish it. Not only because of his care, but it also gives me hope that there are other doctors out here like him. I feel like Dr. Paulos actually saw me and heard me. When I reluctantly got off the phone. I felt like I had a little bit more control of my life. Dr. Paulos can give you that as well. If you don’t at least call, you’ll never know.

What an amazing experience. I've been looking for a Dr since I moved here a few months ago and I hit the jackpot. Dr Stephen Poulos is a head above the rest. He is compassionate and he knows his stuff. I felt completely confident that I'd found the right fit for me. And it's such a relief after slugging through the waters of Drs that just go through the motions for the paycheck. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his office partner.

If you are wondering if the Mind Body Skills Group is worth investing in I highly recommend participating. The concrete skills that you will learn are so beneficial.
