Big Rich Hauling is #1 in Sacramento! I went online, entered my items and was sent a quote the same day. I was reminded the day prior via text and again when they were on the way. It took roughly 15 minutes for them to load the truck and remove all junk. Excellent pricing, quick and friendly services.

I interviewed several outfits regarding hauling away the concrete blocks, cement and other debris from a deck demolition. “Yes”, they could do the job, but “No,” they didn’t have/didn’t “need” insurance, etc. I called Big Rich Hauling. I figured with all of their excellent reviews, their overall 5.0 rating and the enormity of some of their jobs, they could probably handle my relatively small, but problematic, concrete removal and they did. Big Rich Hauling arrived within 2.5 hours (actually a bit early), reviewed the site, told me what they could and could not do, gave me a fair estimate, then proceeded to remove the debris, thoroughly rake over/clean the work site and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Prompt, professional, quick and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. I could have saved myself a lot of trouble if I had called Big Rich Hauling at the outset. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

The job was removal of a twenty year old spa. They came when they said they would, did the job, and cleaned up (very well) afterwards. They were friendly, quick, competent, and got the job done. I’ll use them again when the need arises. It’s a week later, and I used Big Rich again. I had them remove the pergola that the spa was under. It really needed too much work to fix up. They cut it up, hauled it away, cleaned up real nice (again), and took off. They are great! Christian even called to tell me they would be coming in the later part of the two hour arrival window. That allowed me to run an errand and walk my dog. Downright considerate of him.

Big Rich is the best! We have an estate sale company and have used others, but we only use Big Rich now. He reasonably priced, but more importantly, he does a great job. He arrives ON TIME, gets the job done RIGHT and gets it done FAST!

Big rich is the vendor adult protective services used to clean my grandmothers home. They were so kind and compassionate! Every employee went above and beyond, and they are so fast! They even swept the drive way and porch and garage as they cleaned so it was free of dirt, leaves, and other small debris. 10/10 I will always recommend them!

You guys are really awesome at cleaning up messes and just making it ALL disappear! You’ve done 2 pretty large loads for me now and I’m completely satisfied with your service. From an old sofa to a thumbtack, it all goes away. My driveway holding the junk pile looks better after you leave than before I started making the pile. And you are so fast! About 4 cubic yards of all kinds loose trash gone in less then 30 minutes. And all of this is done UNmechanized and quietly. Just hands and back, shovel and broom- done with a smile. They provided a fair estimate and were super fast in getting us the COI our building management needed for approval.
