I WENT TO EMERGENCY DENTAL OF CLEVELAND RECENTLY WITH AN INFECTED MOLAR . MY DENTAL ASSISTANT , TARMARA , DID A WONDERFUL JOB EXPLAINING ALL THE POSSIBLE PROCEDURES , TAKING X-RAYS , AND KEEPING ME CALM BECAUSE OF THE INTENSE PAIN I WAS IN . SHE TALKED WITH ME WHILE DOING HER JOB AND MADE ME FEEL MORE LIKE A MEMBER INSTEAD OF JUST A PATIENT . TARMARA IS A GREAT AND CARING EMPLOYEE OF EMERGENCY DENTAL !

My wife needed an emergency extraction I explained that to the lady at the front desk. Rude, Was very short with us and did not care to get us in . Wish places cared about patient care and rather than $ amount in life threatening situations. Thank god my wife was able to hang on until we saw our regular dentist .

This office came in clutch for a broken tooth and exposed nerve. I had been trying to get into a dentist for weeks and finally couldn’t take the pain any more. The wait was a bit long because they were very busy and on a Saturday they were a godsend. The dentist and the staff were all very kind and took care of everyone with patience and professionalism. Special thank you to Asha who was my special angel yesterday. They will tell you up front how much things cost so surprises either. I hope to not need them again but should I, I would go again.

Thank you to Dr. Lee. An Amazing man who took care of me even though my services were not covered under insurance. He went above and beyond to ensure I am not in pain while I find appropriate treatment and options. I would recommend this dentist to everyone and I wish I could use them forever. The whole staff went above and beyond for me during my visit!!

Emergency Dental of Cleveland in Middleburg Heights is amazing! Dr. Will, Olivia, and Kennedy took such great care of me and later my 14-year-old son. Everyone was patient, friendly, and professional. They made us feel comfortable and explained everything clearly.
