I had an excellent experience getting my clear aligners fixed at this office. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is not a typical dental practice. The space is beautiful, calming, and impeccably maintained. It honestly feels more like a spa than a dentist’s office, which makes a big difference for those of us who do not usually look forward to dental visits. The team is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The level of customer service is outstanding and consistent from start to finish. What also stands out to me is the quality of the brands and tools they use. Their partnership with top tier brands in the industry gives me a high level of confidence in the care I am receiving. You can see that they invest in best in class technology, and that builds trust. I have had other dental experiences in the past that did not compare, so I truly appreciate the elevated space and standard of care here. I have already referred my sister and plan to bring my entire family. This is one of the few dental offices I genuinely look forward to visiting. I hope they continue to maintain this level of professionalism and care, because this is exactly how you build long term loyalty with patients.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at the dentist. Dr. Patel is absolutely phenomenal, and his staff is amazing. I would recommend MDI to anyone. I no longer fear going to the dentist.

I have visited MDI about 4+ times now or so. Normally all it takes is 1 visit for you to make a decision about a place. This facility is truly excellent! The ladies upfront are truly very pleasant and so respectful and professional while caring and human! The doctor is very good at what he does because I've used a number of dentists over the years. He's very calm and takes his time to explain things on his screen projected in front of you. The facility itself is very nice and clean too! Very good people and I look forward to finishing my tooth procedures with this this year. Thank you Dr Patel, Samantha, Maggie, Kim and everyone!( They are so many and so sweet although I can't remember everyons names) 💓
