I’ve used Dan and his team several times through the years, and have been impressed at the consistency of quality, response and overall service. Most recently, Anderson certified helped with a flood situation I was dealing with. The team came in and made a nightmare situation much more palatable. They had the right equipment to initially remove the water and followed up with the right advice and dehumidification equipment to make sure the space was safe for return. If you are looking for a responsive and valuable partner for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and water restoration, Dan Anderson and Anderson Certified will not disappoint!

I had seriously considered replacing the carpets in both instances because of numerous pets at both locations and I honestly didn't think they could be salvaged. Instead, they look nearly brand new. These guys know their stuff, are pleasant to work with, and did a fantastic job at a more than fair price. Highly recommended!

Verified Anderson Certified stepped in on short notice on a Sunday when my usual cleaner had a health issue. They had a tight window to work in and did a stellar job given how filthy my tenants had left the carpet.
They were able to identify the types of each stain, and used an array of treatments to bring the carpets back to life.
The were very communicative leading up the appointment and throughout the process, and gave me some great recommendations as well.

He was patient with me and carefully explained a variety of options. Although it became apparent that it was not necessary for him to directly help me by providing contracting services, his willingness to share his knowledge and provide referrals of names of other business people that could help was greatly appreciated. When the repair work is completed, I plan to have Dan come out and clean some upholstery and rugs.
Verified Cleaned the couch but left several stains. Said he wasn't able to get them out. My tenant went home grabbed her cleaning supplies and was able to get the rest of the stains out. Not sure what the disconnect was but I probably could've just asked my tenant to clean the couch and pay her instead. He was very pushy in collecting payment. Seemed like a nice guy tho..
Verified I recently had the pleasure of hiring Daniel and Stephan to steam clean our white wool area rug and white couch cushions. They were able to diminish a nasty stain in one area by about 90%. It is wool and white so, I was not expecting a miracle. I highly recommend Anderson Certified Cleaning Technicians and will not hesitate to use them again.
Verified Dan was able to respond to my request for a couch cleaning very promptly and arrived within hours of connecting with his team. He and one other gentleman brought their machines and equipment up to my place and thoroughly vacuumed, spot cleaned, and steamed every inch of the sectional. It took about 90 minutes for them to do everything they needed and after the couch was cleaned it needed about 12 hours to dry.
My couch looked almost like it did when it was new thanks to the Anderson team. The price was very competitive and the only real issue we had was the machines power blowing out some of the lights in my building's hallway.
Aside from that Dan and his team were very kind and sociable and I would hire them again. Thanks guys.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Angie's List. Carpet cleaner showed up 6 hours late. There was a snow storm that day so I expected a delay but not by 6 hours. Worker was fine but clearly over worked and had to come back next day to finish. Cleaning service was used the next day and did a ok job but was twice as expensive as other A rated cleaning services on Angie's list. The cleaners were on time and professional but much more expensive than what we expected versus prior cleaning services.

I had to leave and my husband was there and he did not know everything that was included in the price. I am not sure I got the deodorizer and protector although it came with the cleaning purchase; I did not smell any deodorizer.
