We hired DeVol Design Build Remodel to construct a first floor addition to our 170 year old home. The plan required removing a substantial black walnut tree, filling a century old cistern, excavating for a poured concrete foundation, additional electric wiring, tying in Hvac, and creating a master suite, powder room, and master bath. It was a lengthy process due mostly to a mid-autumn start, holidays, bitter cold, rain and snow. And like in dominos, one delay affected whatever followed. Despite the delays, the DeVol team was professional, communicative, and always considerate. The quality of their work is excellent. No cutting corners, or excuses. One supplier provided a mismatched batch of white penny tile that was only discovered after it had been set. No problem, the floor was done again ASAP. DeVol and their coordination with sub-contractors completed all aspects of the addition with care, quality materials and superior craftsmanship. In sum, we are pleased with the results and have no reservations in our recommendation of their services.
