I had to do something about my major depression and addiction with substance abuse. This landed me in the palm beach destination for my php and iop program. I was able to connect with a sponser and work through a 12 step program with him during the time I was there. Coming from me that was a tough decision to make to do the entire program but yet the best decision I made. Some people don’t take their problems serious but I did and made the best of it. From the facilitators therapist, case workers to the staff they all really care and help you through the entire program. This program saved my life and I connected with some of the best people on this planet there. Happy to say I am Alumni for Renaissance Recovery- West Palm Beach.

The staff and executive team are invested in every clients personal recovery. I never felt like just another person they had to push through to turn a bed or please the insurance company. Looking forward to staying in touch with many of the facilitators to help me on my new way of life, I know they'll be there for me!

I found a support network within the program that made my sobriety journey easier. I am grateful because I believe in myself I am going on 90 days. It may not sound much but that’s a huge accomplishment for me. The staff were very resourceful. I struggled with my emotions and my therapist helped me come out of my shell. My cm Carey was on point and on top of everything. She made sure I had all my appointments, assisted with my medical needs before returning home and completed all my FMLA paperwork. I appreciate her. She went above and beyond. The sober living was well maintained house. It reminded me to do things as a team gave and me a lot of structure. shout out to my house manager Reuben. He took us to meetings and made sure we had fun on weekends. Thank you Renaissance for being my stepping stone.

Renaissance is a great connection from California Detox (Residential to PHP and IOP). Their PHP and IOP programs were excellent in helping me transition back into society again. I learned a lot about myself and mistakes which will help improve my chances of success. My Case Manager and Therapist were the BEST!!! Thank you!!!

Had a great experience, the community is amazing, first time in treatment and they got me right also the facilitators and my case manager were phenomenal. I appreciate an I'm grateful for them, they brought me back to me, and I couldnt be more blessed for them. Let go, let god!!

I do recommend renaissance recovery program to anyone who is struggling with addiction and is ready to recover. During my stay I was extremely unwell so unfortunately In that moment of my life I was unable to take accountability for myself and help myself but that isn’t anyone’s fault but my own. My actions In that moment are not a reflection on the program as a whole. Recovery works and the staff are very good people. I will tell you that currently i am over 2 years clean and sober and i have the life I always wanted when i was in active addiction. I know how difficult recovery can be in the beginning but trust me if it worked for me it will work for you. I used to be the type of guy who would run from taking accountability and struggled with addiction to alcohol and drugs. Basically I was at an extremely low point in my life on the streets. Over 2 years later now I am a humble man who owns his own mistakes and learns from them. I am not using any drugs or alcohol. I have a therapist and psychiatrist and I work on myself everyday. Every day is a good time to learn something new and learn to improve yourself and better yourself. Nobody is a lost cause believe me every single person deserves to recover and have a healthy life. My life is not perfect at all currently but compared to my life in active addiction i am healthier, happier, and have achieved many my dreams. I live in a apartment with my cat 🐈‍⬛ and i have no dept. I have my dream job, that i specialize in torture and execution and the life of the executioner throughout history. Basically i educate about dark history as a freelance job. Luckily since i never had any legal problems with the law i am able to now collect weapons as a hobby and do historical reenactment which is a passion of mine. I reenact the executioner. I also have a YouTube channel where I make inclusive and content that encourages people to be themselves no matter what and so much more. @nicholasschmidttorturer is the YouTube handle if you want to check it out. The channel is called Nicholas Schmidt. I am influencer/blogger who shares the good and difficult times and I take pride in being honest. I also wear medieval clothes as a way of self expression and I learned to not care what others think about me. I found myself and that’s partly because I am clean from substances and I choose to grow as a man.

Marcus H. - Case Manager at Renaissance Recovery, provided support and showed us he is someone who genuinely cared about the recovery process. What I appreciate most is that recovery here is treated as a process — one that requires honesty, compassion, and persistence. For families like ours, seeing our loved one take steps toward healing meant everything. Even when the road wasn’t perfect, the effort toward sobriety and personal growth mattered deeply. Would highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with addiction. I would personally like to shout out Marcus the case manager and misty my therapist. They were more than helpful during my journey here at the renaissance. 100% would recommend to anyone in need.

I’m really grateful I made the decision to go into treatment. It definitely wasn’t easy, but looking back it was one of the best choices I’ve ever made for myself. While I was there, I was able to start building a real foundation for a life in recovery. I also grew in my relationship with God, which became a really important part of my healing. I met some incredible people along the way and formed friendships that truly mean a lot to me. Even though the groups could feel long at times, they were worth it because I learned so much about myself and about how to live differently. The staff were great and really walked alongside of me through this journey.

When I first got here, I had a hard time bc it was my first time in treatment and I didn’t really know what to expect. The staff were very welcoming, which helped me feel more comfortable over time. The groups ended up helping me a lot, even though it took me a little while to open up. I also got to work 1 on 1 with my therapist and case manager. They helped me slowly let my guard down and start working through things. My therapist helped me learn more about my mental health, and my case manager helped me with things like setting up doctor appointments, working on my FMLA, and planning for discharge. I’m proud to say I graduated from the program, and now I get to take everything I’ve learned with me as I continue my life in recovery.
