Dock Experts did an incredible job replacing our seawall and enhancing our deck to help us launch our kayaks easier! It was refreshing to work with professionals who do a job right the first time! Working with Dock Experts it was a big difference from our experience with Dock Masters (the company name Joel operated under back in 2015 when his company installed the original wall and repaired 3 times in just 10 years before the wall they did fully failed and we hired Dock Experts to replace it for us. Tom Brooks isn’t like Joel… he does cut corners for his customers and hires quality staff like Marc, Brandon, Everton and Blake. We highly recommend Dock Experts to anyone needing a seawall or dock! Do yourself a favor…use Tom/Dock Experts and avoid at all cost working with any company Joel is operating under now.

Hired The Dock Experts to convert my existing boat lift to a dual wave runner lift and had a great experience. First their price was more reasonable than a competitor and the experience was great from beginning to end. The client rep Parker Morris was communicative and on time for his inspection. He even came out in the rain to get measurements. They provided great plans and images of other completed work. The fab and install crew of Chad, Joey, and Mario worked on site for three long days to make sure I had a platform just in time for the delivery deadline of the wave runners. Jimmy & chris in the Jacksonville location did a wood platform bump out that added an aluminum ramp walkway down to my floating dock, and then added 2 pilings to attach the floating dock to, and did an absolutely amazing, and clean job. They stayed on timeline and made sure to careful and neat around the property. The sales team was also really responsive and helpful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dock work in the area.

These workers are dock experts, just as their business name implies! Professional, punctual, and they pay attention to detail. They met my expectations and were affordable (no hidden costs). And they split the payment: 1/2 up front, balance due upon completion…They replaced rusty parts that required replacing and left parts if the surface rust didn’t impact the integrity of the function. (Although that was naturally optional…they would have replaced everything if I had wanted that. I live on the eastern coast of Florida on a river w brackish water and the oceans salt water just a mile beyond that. So we are exposed to the salt air that takes its toll on metal parts, unless you hose them off occasionally) I recommend this business.

Had a new timber tech composite dock built at my home. Bob was great and helped me pick the right colors to match my pavers and give it a clean transition look. Kyle had a great idea to box the new pilings for an upscale look with new lighting on the posts and lighting shining down on the dock. Also installed a new filet station. The crew had the perfect size barge to get under the lower than normal bridge for Garden Isles. Mike was the barge driver and they were all very neat and professional. Now my kids can fish off the dock without splinters and I am filet fish easily. Definitely recommend to many friends and neighbors!

They showed up when they said that they would and finished on schedule leaving us with an amazing new seawall, dock and boat lift. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.
