absolutely horrible and a danger hazard my school was going on a trip to busch gardens. our intended bus ride was supposed to be four hours, just on the way there it took nine hours. on the way there one buses tire completely popped. then they had to transfer kids to a different bus. the girls bus broke down on the side of a highway two hours away from our destination. we were stranded on the side of the road for two hours. it’s not like we are grown adults who can take care of themselves. we are kids. turns out the previous bus driver filled a leak in the engine with tissue paper. this is such a danger hazard for everyone. we eventually arrived at our destination very late. on the bus ride back the girls bus had trouble with the tire. the whole rubber part of the tire was gone. everyone was extremely scared. the bus driver was completely irresponsible. he was going extremely fast even after everything had happened. he admitted to being tired and his back was hurting but turned down help that was offered. after the bus broke down the third time we transferred to a different bus. this bus had old cigarettes and stains all over the bus. it was honestly disgusting. this was a very traumatic experience.

TERRIBLE BUS COMPANY My school was suppossed to go on a field trip to Busch gardens which takes 5 hours but we got there 10 hour to get here. The bus has no ac and 2 of our three busses had problems. First malfunction 2 hours in bus 3 completely popped their tire. They moved all the people on bus 3 into bus 2 and 1 meaning about 75 people in a bus meant for 50. Not much later bus 2 engine malfunction apperantly overheating so they took all of our drinking water to pour it on the engine. While they were fixing the bus we were on the side of the highway in 90 degree weather in a grass field on the side of the road where we found multiple snakes at ticks. It took them about 1 and a half hours to fix the bus so we could at least get to a rest stop. The bus driver had no idea what to do for the engine which is concerning and was driving reckless almost tipping over our bus. For our way back we rented 4 new busses from a different company which was much more spacious ac worked good and drived smoothly with no stops.I have much more I can say but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUS COMPANY.

Terrible experience The experience was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, nothing went smoothly. Poor organization, inadequate communication, and subpar customer service made this a truly frustrating and stressful trip. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Poorly managed and unreliable buses The buses provided for our school field trip were completely unreliable. My bus broke down, leaving us stranded for over an hour, and we didn’t arrive at Busch Gardens until hours later than planned. This caused major delays, wasted time, and disrupted our schedule. Additionally, the situation felt very unsafe, and the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I hope we avoid using this service in the future. i hope we never use these buses ever again.

horrible trip i wish i could rate this a 0. i never knew so many bad things can happen in one day. we entered the bus at 4:45am to get there around 9am but theses buses had other plans. to start 1 bus tire popped like around the second hour on the road. all the buses had to wait cause for our busch gardens trip to be backed up. after an hour of that happened the second bus has engine problems and has to evacuate the people from the bus because it was a risk of catching on fire and tilting over. The people from the bus were stranded for 2 hours, in the heat. The reason it wasnt working was because they STUFFED NAPINS IN THE ENGINE. very unprofessional on their end. we got the bus to work and safely made it to busch gardens. when the day finished at busch gardens we entered a new bus and we drove safely until the second hour THAT BOTH TIRES LIKE EXPLODED and we started swerving and almost crashed into other cars, they had to evacuate us again but thank god like actually thank god that our school was prepared and bought a 4th bus in case. we got on the fourth bus and we drove safely home but this guy was like drunk or something because his driving was not good it looked like the kids could drive better than him. and its also like your not driving adults your driving KIDSSSS. also i left my airpods in ur bus so whoever stole them im tracking u

2 popped tires, leaking radiator I had a 4 hour drive with my school. It took 9 hours to get to where we needed to go because of a broken tire and a leaking radiator. It was also hot and the air conditioner barely worked. We were supposed to arrive at 10am, arrived around 2:30pm. On the way back the toilet did not flush and it smelled like rotten fish. We had to switch buses from how bad it was. Then, one of the other buses with children from my school in it had another popped tire. There were sparks on the ground and I am pretty sure they were driving on the rim of a wheel. Horrible trip, delayed my field trip by so long. Do NOT recommend!!!!

Horrible Bus Trip This trip was straight up bs. Me and my school classmates boarded the bus at 4 am expecting to arrive at 8 or 9 am since it was a 4 hour trip depending on traffic. On the way the bus popped a wheel putting those kids at risk. The bus had to go get fixed while an abudance of exhausted kids sat on the side of a HIGHWAY! They were they for 50 minutes waiting to be picked up by a new bus. When returning from destination, we were provided 4 buses in case one broke down, we can put those people into a new bus. Yet again, on the way back, another bus popped a tire and the bus tipped into the grass which was absolutely insanely dangerous. If you want to have a nice tour, skip these people for your day will turn into hell!

HORRIBLE TRIP. This trip was straight shit. 2 buses broke while we was going to our destination for some dumbass reasons. The tire popped and student were separated into other busses making it very stressful for very long. Then girls were left behind in the atrocious heat for hours befire being picked up stressfully. On our way back, one bus broke again. Absolutly a horrendous trip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Left Miami to go to Busch Gardens at around 5am, expected to arrive around 9-10am. We rented 3 buses to transport our students and chaperones to Tampa and on our way there, one buses tire popped. We had to split that bus between the two other buses, causing discomfort all around. We continued on our way when one of the now two buses’ radiator broke and liquid started leaking from the bus. We had to pull over and we’re stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere for an hour and a half. Luckily, they were able to fix that bus but we had to remain uncomfortable in two buses. Our final arrival to Busch Gardens ended up being at around 3pm, almost 6 hours later than expected. On our way back, they gave us 4 buses so that we could easily move everyone to the fourth bus if anything went wrong, which it did. Around a quarter into the ride home, the new bus that we received had its tires start to malfunction with one seeming to have rolled off and another popping. All the children and chaperone were sleeping and were awakened horrified by the bus moving violently. This also delayed our planned arrival time (12am) to 2am. Overall, horrible and traumatizing experience. Extremely unprofessional company, would not recommend.

Terrible and stressful trip The experience was far from enjoyable. On February 20, 2026, three buses were meant to transport us, but the first broke down, leaving us stranded at a Burger King. Shortly after, the second bus failed, forcing us to wait dangerously on the side of a highway. Due to these delays, we only had 5 hours at Busch Gardens instead of the promised 8. To top it off, the return trip was plagued by another breakdown, and upon arrival, the bus driver acted unprofessionally by being disrespectful and littering inside the school . This was an unacceptable and poorly managed trip.
