Une excursion absolument exceptionnelle ! J’ai rarement été aussi satisfait d’une activité. Honnêtement, je n’ai pas trouvé un seul point négatif du début à la fin. VIPDOLPHIN fait preuve d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Vous embarquez sur un bateau avec un maximum de 17 passagers et 3 membres d’équipage, ce qui permet une expérience très conviviale. L’équipage est constamment présent pour votre sécurité et votre confort. À la moindre question ou au moindre besoin, ils sont disponibles avec le sourire. Les explications sont données en anglais ou en portugais, mais cela ne gâche absolument pas l’expérience. La qualité de la prestation est exceptionnelle, et je pèse mes mots. Les boissons sont servies dans de très beaux verres, ce qui apporte une vraie touche de standing. Mention spéciale également pour la nourriture, qui est de qualité et loin des produits industriels que l’on retrouve souvent dans ce type d’excursion. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié leur respect de la nature. Le bateau ne poursuit pas les dauphins et garde une distance raisonnable. Grâce à sa petite taille et à sa grande maniabilité, ce sont souvent les dauphins qui viennent naturellement nager autour du bateau. C’est une approche beaucoup plus respectueuse et magique. Le petit arrêt baignade en pleine mer est un vrai plus : pouvoir nager au milieu de l’océan et observer les poissons est un moment inoubliable. Des serviettes sont fournies, et il y a même une douche à bord pour se rincer ensuite. Petit conseil aux futurs voyageurs : si vous êtes sensible au mal de mer, pensez à prendre un comprimé avant le départ, car l’océan peut être assez agité. Une expérience haut de gamme que je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette magnifique sortie !

Service professionnel mais pas guindé. Beau bateau. Explications satisfaisantes. Magnifiques spots pour une baignade pu une contemplation de la falaise.

This trip was brilliant. From start to finish we had a VIP experience. From tapas to drinks, to a gorgeous catamaran and a crew that were thoughtful, funny, professional and informative. We spotted three species of dolphins and a whale during our trip. The crew provided lots of information and pictures to support our experience. We will also receive photos of our experience and the wildlife spotted after the trip. The food was delicious and served at the right time and the drink was also lovely. We had a fantastic time with Tomas and Easy (sorry I can’t find the spelling) and the captain. What I loved was their respect for the wildlife and their genuine enthusiasm when we spotted the dolphins and whales. The swim stop was great in a lovely setting. Would highly recommend, it is so worth the little bit extra to go with this company. It was a small and exclusive trip which we would definitely do again. Indeed there was someone onboard and this was his third time 😍

Premium Dolphin & Whale Watching Experience Worth Every Dollar! Everything was very easy to find, and after receiving our tickets, we were picked up and guided to the boat. The boat itself was very clean and spacious, and since there were only 17 people on board, it felt private and relaxed compared to larger tours. Before departure, everything was explained clearly, and we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco. Throughout the trip, the crew regularly offered drink refills and a variety of beverages, along with snacks. The service was excellent. During the tour, we saw dolphins, a flying fish, and even a whale. The crew explained what we were seeing and shared interesting background information. They were friendly, professional, and even took photos of us, which were later sent for free via email. We also had time for a swim and ended the trip with a beautiful sunset. Overall, a fantastic experience that is definitely worth the money, especially during high season.

VIP Evening cruise was great, saw dolphins and still got a swim. Nice nibbles and drink. The Crew were all marvellous and processional and would do it again and recommend. The small numbers onboard were just right and not overcrowded at all… looking forward to the next time...

We had an absolutely incredible dolphin and whale watching experience in Madeira! We were lucky enough to see both dolphins and whales, which made the trip unforgettable. The crew was fantastic, and the atmosphere was relaxed and very private, making it feel like an exclusive experience rather than a crowded tour. The unlimited alcoholic drinks were a great bonus, and watching the sun set over the Atlantic was the perfect way to end the trip. Everything was well organized, and the scenery was simply breathtaking. If you’re visiting Madeira, I can’t recommend this experience enough. Seeing the marine life up close, enjoying the beautiful sunset, and relaxing with drinks in such a peaceful setting made for a truly memorable evening.

We hebben een fantastische trip gehad! Hele mooie boot die echt schoon, netjes en luxe was met veel plek om te zitten. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel aan boord. Daarnaast ook echt veel dolfijnen gezien, een walvis die met ons meezeil en zich meerdere keren liet zien, en zelfs nog een hamerhaai gespot! Het was fantastisch!
