Die Crew ist mit spürbarer Leidenschaft dabei und man fühlt sich sofort sehr willkommen. Während der 3-stündigen Fahrt wurden wir bestens umsorgt. Mit ca. 12 Gästen an Bord hatte jeder viel Platz und man konnte sich bequem auf dem Katamaran bewegen. Es gab eine große Auswahl an warmen, kalten, alkoholischen und alkoholfreien Getränken und immer wieder wurden Snacks serviert. Da es an dem Tag etwas frisch war, wurden auch wärmende Decken verteilt. Beim Badestopp, den zwei Mitteisende nutzten, wurden Schnorchelbrillen und Handtücher verteilt. Sogar an Tüten für die nasse Badekleidung hatte die Crew gedacht. Die Fahrt war ein tolles Erlebnis und wir hatten das Glück, Delfine und Wale ausgiebig beobachten zu können. Die Crew, vor allem Maggie und Sheila, waren nicht nur mit Drinks und Snacks schnell zur Stelle. Sie konnten auch viel Interessantes über die Meeresbewohner und die Insel Madeira berichten. Wir würden die VIP Tour jederzeit wieder buchen.

The crew were friendly, kind and very informative. We were thrilled to see bull head dolphins and pilot whales up close. Through-out the trip we were served a delicious range of Madeira specialties and a great choice of drinks. The crew took photos during the trip which they are going to email to all the passengers; a lovely memento of this wonderful trip. Would definitely recommend.

You a pay a premium but with only a limited number of people in board makes it so much better & relaxing. Best way to see them without a crowd

We had a wonderful time aboard, we saw dolphins and it was heartwarming that the crew caught a plastic bag from the ocean to protect the turtles/fish. Exceptionally pleasant guiding from Margarita and Nico, they told us the ins and outs about Madeira, its geography and the sealife. Food and drinks were amazing, delicious cinnamon coffee. With this tour you pay more, but it is well worth it, because the small group size makes it more “intimate” and there is more opportunity to speak with the crew.
