Odlicno iskustvo i odlicna usluga, ekipa je bila ljubazna tokom cijele ture, nakon isplova odmah nakon 10 minuta smo uocili prve dupine koji su bili uz brod dosli bilo ih je vise, i vidjeli smo uz to i jednog kita nedugo nakon toga. Osoblje je bilo toliko ljubazno tokom cijele ture su bili na usluzi svojim putnicima sto je rijetko za vidjet i objasnjavali sve o dupinima kitovima. Kupanje je bilo osvjezavajuce i prelijepo. Ko zeli da uziva u prekarsnim morskim bicima i uz to da se u turi osjeca ugodno kao gost stvarno bih preporucio da izabere VipDolphins jer su za svaku preporuku. Mi cemo se sigurno opet vratiti.

My partner and I had a fantastic time with VipDolphins! The crew were incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and the catamaran was spacious and luxurious – a world away from the crowded boats we saw leaving the harbour. We didn't spot any whales, but the dolphins were incredible – so close we could hear them breathing and even got splashed! The beautiful sunset was the perfect finish. Highly recommended for a more intimate and premium experience in Madeira!

A wonderful day with VIP Dolphin! We had such a great time on our boat trip a month ago. What really sets them apart from other companies is the attention to detail: food and drinks are provided on board, and there is also a swimming stop with all the necessary equipment available. They even have a camera on board and take photos during the trip, which is a lovely way to keep memories of the day. We also really appreciated the small group. With only a few people on board, the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, and the team is always available to help, with a smile. It makes the whole trip feel much more personal. The stories and anecdotes shared along the way also made the discovery of Madeira and the ocean even more interesting. If we come back to Madeira and want to see dolphins again, we will definitely choose VIP Dolphin!

What an amazing VIP experience! From the very beginning, the organisation was exceptional. A special thank you to Myroslava, who helped us organise my mother’s 50th birthday celebration on the boat. Everything was perfectly arranged, and she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I would also like to give a huge thank you to the entire crew. Captain Pedro was fantastic. He took the time to ask us what we wanted to do during the charter and tailored the experience perfectly to our wishes. He found some beautiful spots for us to stop and swim, and even managed to take us to see dolphins and, what felt like a truly rare and magical moment, a seal! A special thank you as well to Francesco, who was our guide. His passion for his work really made a difference and added so much to the experience. I highly recommend asking Francesco to prepare his homemade sailor’s Poncha — it was absolutely delicious and, in my opinion, much better than anything you can buy in a local shop! And finally, a huge thank you to Snoopy, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire charter. She was constantly attentive to our needs, always checking that we had everything we needed and making sure we were comfortable. Her kindness and attention to detail helped make my mother’s 50th birthday truly unforgettable. Together, Pedro, Francesco and Snoopy created such a warm, welcoming and personal atmosphere. We genuinely felt like we were spending the day with family rather than simply being guests on a charter. I cannot recommend this wonderful trio highly enough. If you have the opportunity, I would definitely recommend asking for Pedro, Francesco and Snoopy. They made our experience truly special and created memories that our family will cherish for a very long time!

Bellissima esperienza

Highly recommended! The whole experience on our sunset cruise on Saturday 8th August was excellent. The crew were welcoming and knowledgeable and we saw everything that we hoped...dolphins, flying fish and a whale. The crew kept us refreshed with drinks and canapies throughout. The sunset was amazing! Well worth the cost and wonderful memories...thankyou vipdolphins!
