In the past I have had extremely poor experiences at the dentist and have major anxiety going because of these experiences. I went here because a friend recommended them to me. They have been nothing but amazing! Every staff member is extremely kind and welcoming. They explain everything in detail and don't make you feel like a terrible person for anything you are there to address. They are gentle and thorough and don't get annoyed at questions. They genuinely want to help people. I am so thankful I left there laughing and smiling and not in tears like I have every other place I have tried. Highly recommend!

After being disheartened by past dental visits at various locations, I was very apprehensive to seeing another new dentist. After coming to see Dr. Escovar at Hylan Dental Care Cleveland for my extraction and realizing how patient he was as well as his attentiveness to my comfort, I was definitely converted to becoming a lifelong patient. I even made sure of this and will be back in the coming week for further work. What an amazing practice Hylan Dental Care Cleveland is! Thanks Dr. Escovar! One of the best dental clinics you could ever go to. The staff is wonderful the Dentist are caring if you need a Dentist please take my advice and go here you won't regret it.

I was a walk in this morning because I had a molar break apart this past Saturday. Fortunately it didn't cause any pain. Everyone there was very helpful with getting me taken care of. The receptionist handled my new insurance, they took a ton of xrays and came up with a plan. The first part was a tooth extraction today and getting insurance approval for what's next. A crown and partial and a thorough cleaning. Overall it was an excellent experience. Thank you.

I almost didn’t come to this place because of the reviews, but I have had such a wonderful experience both times I’ve been there and will keep coming back. I hope to offset some of those negative reviews with my positive one. Everyone is so friendly. They made me feel so comfortable. They’re quick, efficient, and they do good work. They didn’t try to scam me or talk me into anything crazy. It was simple and easy and painless. I’m glad I found them.

Of course I was terrified but it all went away it wasnt bad as I thought it be. Young lady was very kind and gentle especially knowing what I had going on in my mouth😬😷I owe her a tip

Scheduling is not very organized and it’s hard to get in when you have to work. Other than the scheduling issue the actual care is amazing. I seen DR Jordan today and his assistant I think she’s from another location but there today… literally the best care I’ve had at a dentist. They both Explained every step of the way. Dr showed great empathy towards me when I was in pain. I’m barely in any pain now. Also I explained my work situation and the Dr was able to complete the entire process in 1 visit…. That helped me more than they can ever know. No mandatory sick time in Ohio.. single mother of 4 girls… My job is all I have right now and they understood. Super great experience today.
