I’ve been coming here for years always a great experience but today I had the honor of meeting Makayla I think she was the dental assistant but she was a pleasure very helpful and very nice! The lady who cleans my teeth ( I can’t remember her name ) but she’s the best I literally always have her ♥️

I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received at Hylan Dental. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Even when my insurance denied my treatment, they didn’t just give up or tell me there was nothing they could do. They continued working with me, documenting everything, answering my questions, and pushing harder to help me get the care I need.
I really appreciate having a dental office that listens to my concerns and actually advocates for me. They make me feel like my dental health matters, and that means a lot. Thank you to the entire team for continuing to do everything possible to give me the best care! ❤️
Hylan Dental Care on W.117 is AMAZING. The staff are extremely caring and patient. Unlike other dentists this office understands that life happens as long as you don't make a habit of canceling and rescheduling last minute.
There was some issues with my insurance denying services and Hylan Dental made sure to resubmit documentation so I was able to get all of the needed care covered by my insurance.
I needed alot done and the staff walked me through every step. I was terrified when they wete going to do the deep cleaning for perio. I will say I was afraid for nothing and the office manager was right I was not sore and tender after it does feel weird because your tongue will continuously run along your teeth and you will suddenly thing you have huge gaps but that is just the plaque build up missing!

The only negative thing I can say about Hylan Dental care is about their humanoid chat bot Quinn that answers the phone during off hours is the most annoying and my first encounter with her was highly frustrating because I didnt realize Quinn was a bot!
I liked this place. The staff is really friendly and they explain procedures/teeth health so you can understand easily. Their staff handling phones is also very friendly.
A little bit of a wait but it was nice. Great people I'm happy with what they done to me. No more pain
