Very friendly atmosphere. Was satisfied with the people doing the work. The 2 wonderful ladies that have done the work on my teeth are Annette and Tia. Both ladies are fantastic. I enjoyed the conversation with Tia and she made it feel like no big deal to be there. I appreciate the professionalism.
Hi, I’ve been with Highland dental for years and I mean years at least 25 years and I go to them about everything goes on with my teeth I want to thank them for are teeth the staff is very nice. I’ve been on knowing them for years and I enjoy every time that I go with them whenever I have a problem they take care of the situation. Susan is the head lady in the office very great lady. She tries to fix a problem if something goes wrong, I appreciate the whole team and me and my family will continue to still keep coming.
Tia was great she took me in and missed her lunch. Thank so for doing my deep cleaning on my teeth they feel amazing. 😃.
I was terrified and need alot. But the team was very welcoming and was so kind when I explained I was very nervous. The Doc did a great job advising me and gave clear next steps with advice. My hygienist was so gentle and patient as I'm sensitive to tooth pain. Yes, you wait. They have alot of people to help but I felt taken care of like a person and comfortable, not judged.. Worth it. I'll be continuing my smile journey here a step at a time. Grateful to a family friend who recommend.
Great experience, they got me in early Saturday morning so I could have the rest of the day for myself. Very friendly staff, cracking jokes and laughing the whole time.
I just had 5 teeth pulled at Hylan Dental Care of Cleveland. Im happy to say they tried to make my visit as comfortable as possible. They worked around my schedule. They were happy and welcoming. My doctor was swift, and prompt. In and out in less than an two hours. I'm thankful for the whole team and I'm at ease to have them. Thank you Hylan Dental Care!
I had my cleaning with Tia today and it was exceptional! I have very sensitive teeth so I went in assuming it would be a little uncomfortable. That was not the case at all! She's very gentle and let's you know every step of the way what she's doing! I wish my insurance covered my cleanings more than every 6 months because I would be in her chair more often! Thanks Tia!
