Upgraded HVAC & water heater to electric. As part of this, my ask was also to reduce noise (air suction) as much as possible. Gary Lee was awesome in explaining various options & was very honest about the expected noise levels (didn’t over promise). His team did a wonderful job & am a totally happy customer. Can I give more than 5 stars? We've used ASAP several times over the last 7-8 years. We've had some repairs to done our ancient AC unit previously but we decided it was time replace the unit and fix the cooling issues we put up with since we purchased our home in 2011. We interviewed about five companies with a wide range of solutions and prices. ASAP was recommended by a friend and by far spent more time talking to us through solutions, being honest about what could be delivered and explained what they would be doing and why. They were able to replace our entire HVAC system and most of the exposed ducting in a day. We were super happy. Side note, tehy came out and did a quick repair while our replacement units were in transit, just to make sure we didn't melt before the original could be replaced. Pleasanton summers can get hot.. HAWT!!! Gary and his team also helped repair (and eventually replace) the aging AC unit at our rental condo. They've been great at providing advice, helping troubleshoot problems not just for us but for friends we've referred them to. This goes a long way as this type of service leads to lasting trust, confidence and loyalty in a provider. Knowing your provider is looking out for you and not just their bottom line. We just recently moved and knowing my HVAC here is home original (1985), I know we'll be giving ASAP a call in the near future.
