The East Coast Property Services people were terrific today. Very nice manners, and they attacked the job to get it done right and on time. I’d absolutely have them back to my house any time. I think I met most of the company…we had new people every few hours as the job progressed- we were doing a move-in cleaning on a house we just bought. Everyone was really great. Scott was awesome…and Linda…she was terrific too. Very “in charge”. They all knew what was important to be in someone’s house and have it go well. They have a definite system…some do some things, others do other things. No bitching…just getting it done. Now we're hotel clean...5 star hotel clean...couldn't recommend these folks more.

The owner is attentive and responsive to her clients. The staff is friendly and respectful. They always do a great job when cleaning homes from post-construction, and then continue to work with the owner of the homes for regular cleanings!
