This is the most satisfying place I’ve stayed at during my business trips to Melbourne. Of course, there are a few minor things I’m not entirely satisfied with, but overall, it is perfect. Both breakfast and dinner are satisfying, and in the winter, they light a fireplace in the restaurant, making it great to enjoy the fire while having dinner. You can also watch live music on weekends. I’ve come back again this year.

Great room/apartment, comfy bed. Weird smell in the corridor (maybe due to nearby laundry). Restaurant noisy in bar area, much quieter in lounge. Food served quickly.

Enjoyed our stay in spacious comfortable room, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, clean and everything we needed. The bed is amazing and we had the best sleep in months! Just a note if someone is a light sleeper… We have stayed before at rear of building and was lovely and quiet. We were at the front facing Cooper St this time, some road noise but honestly we were so tired we went off to sleep easily. Absolutely beautiful breakfast in the morning and excellent barista coffee also. Lovely staff in every area from reception, cleaners to fromt of house in the cafe.
