John was very patient and explained everything. Makema was persistent and got me a technician. However someone lied to her and said they had called me at 4:10 and 4:25 and left voicemail but nothing was on my phone.

They came to my home to replace my Well Pump. Funny thing is the 2 guys they sent were more like the Keystone Cops. They spent at least 8 hours only to come away at the end if the day not having a clue as to what they were doing. The finally left and told me that a more experienced guy was gonna come the next day and determine what the problem was. He came and said the problem was in the well itself and they’d need to put a submersible pump in the ground for $15k. I told him to take a slow walk across a busy highway. He then said i had to pay $3800.00 for their pump that was doing the same thing as mine (it would not shut off), I told him to take a slow crawl. So he took his pump and refused to put my pump back and left my home WITHOUT water. Found a Well expert who installed a submersible in the ground for less than a third if what these clowns wanted to charge. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. And yes I did get a full refund of my deposit.
