My husband and I got married in October of 1974 and moved into Spring Hill (Fox Meadow) apartments on Nov 1st. We lived there 15 months and thought it was a great apartment, moving out in Feb 1976 to buy a home. Our rent was $105.00 a month. The newly wed couple that lived across the porch from us on Washington Rd. lives 3 doors away from us today. There was nothing there but a Cumberland Farms. It’s all built up today. Very convenient to local living.

My roommate and I had a great experience working with Mercedes at Fox Meadows Apartments. She was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the application process, making everything smooth and stress-free. She answered all our questions and helped us secure a unit that fits our needs perfectly. She kept us informed, followed up appropriately, and made us feel confident about our decision. We’re excited to move in soon!!

Mercedes and Damaris at the leasing office are wonderful. The maintenance supervisor is on point and available when needed. I have no complaints about Fox Meadows.

If you need any help from the office, talk to anyone besides Carol. Unprofessional and incompetent.

I’m blessed to have a roof over my head in an emergency situation but I mostly likely won’t be staying here very long. I’ve experienced roach infestation since my first week of moving in and have been putting in extermination request. The children are the area mess up the laundry rooms and bang on doors then run and I can’t hang on my patio for rest air without it being a safety hazard. Cigarettes dog urine and shit dropping down onto my patio. It’s nothing in between the upstairs balcony and my patio so everything comes down. Then the suprise is the amenities they showed off cost a membership fee they didn’t mention in the beginning. This is like the projects or something

this apartment complex is not very good they tell alot of lies and the do not take care of their landscaping and they do not have workers doing daily rounds of the grounds when there has been several trash in parking lot area and then they do not give fines out to people the drop there trash in front on dumpster instead of putting it in dumpster they also do not do cleaning rounds when people let their dog poop on grass area of dump it behind dumpsters in bags on floor when we had snow storm the maintenance did not shovel snow properly

I just want to take the time out to express nothing but gratitude for Washington way apartments the leasing agents was nice and greeted me at the door with a home welcoming, unfortunately my wife and I didn’t get the place due to some financial hardships in the past that effected our credit but I still wanted to swallow my pride and put my emotions to the side and give a positive feedback for Washington way apartments the leasing team were amazing there. Thank you to team for allowing us to view at their amazing community.

If you're desperate guys come here. Numerous of times we called the leasing office. We live in a ground floor and recently they rent the apartment above of us. No sleep, no quiet, no respect of the rules. We have waken up to banging noises at 3am cause they have a kid around 2 years old. Your answer from the leasing office its to email the management, and so we did but unfortunately after 2-3 days same rocket and we need to once again email management to complain? I'm disable with chronic disease, insomnia, depression ,fracture in my spine, hernia .. All of us that had to raise kids know how to to deal with them, but not in this case. Do yourself a favor and run away from here. So disappointed and we can't have our peace in our apartment. Every day and night same noises, screaming, running, e .t. c. . Do your self a favor and run away from here. By the way the swimming pool is full of kids every family here they have minimum 3 to 4 kids so is not easy for the rest of us. So disappointed with the living conditions here, we had water leaking from our ceiling over our light in the kitchen, supposedly they fixed it a couple of times but the problem is still here. So sorry to say that but now I regret not listening to those who warned us.We called the office again, and again , and again , to talk with Damares but the woman who answered the phone Mercedes , never passed our message direct to Damares. Enough said it's a shame of them direct to leasing office besides the manager who responds directly to our email

Damaris and the rest of the Fox Meadow staff were absolutely wonderful! They helped us, and got us in same day we signed the lease! Would recommend this place to anyone!
