We have worked with Arthur and Best of Remodel several times now on both big and small projects. Our most recent project was a remodel of the kitchen and small bathroom. It turned out exactly the way we wanted. As with other projects, communication was excellent, the quality of work was exceptional, the project was completed on time, and everyone was neat, clean and respectful of us and our home. The best recommendation is that my husband actually said out loud “Arthur, I trust you!”, and he never says that!!!

We planned the work we needed with Arthur who coordinated the work. Ours was replumbing job, replacing old galvanized with newer pex. The work was completed efficiently, and I was very impressed with the care the workers took with our living space. They put special effort into controlling dust and cleaning up after themselves. When they were done, everything worked better than before the job! This was a very positive experience, and I would definitely work with them again.

My house was in serious need of remodeling. Jackie, Jonathan, Arthur and crew were so wonderful to work with. We did the kitchen first, new everything… paint, floors, cabinets, lighting, updated electrical outlets and plumbing, stove and dishwasher. The project was completed sooner than expected. The Best of Remodel team made it so easy for me, that we moved right on to remodeling the bathrooms… again, all new cabinets, floors, paint, toilets, lights and vanities. Switched out the bathtub for a walk-in shower. Upgraded electrical. They also replaced all the doors in the house! Again, finished sooner than expected. Next project, living room and hallway. Drywall repair, including wall and stucco repair on the outside. New paint, carpet, ceiling fan. It’s like having a new house! I am so pleased with the result. Working with Best of Remodel was a wonderful experience. Everyone does exceptional work, they take great care of you and your home. I will be using them again for my remaining projects in the future. I highly recommend them. Thank you Arthur, Jackie, Jonathan and all of the amazing guys that worked on my home. I appreciate you all.

Like many with an older home we knew it was time to upgrade our Master Bathroom. We had never hired a contractor before and we have read all the horror stories. For us it was something we’ve worked on saving for a long time and wanted to make sure we got it right. After getting a few bids we ended up going with the Best Of Remodel and couldn’t be happier. Arthur and his crew (Jackie, Johnathan, Artem, Ihoe, Evgenii, Leonid, Alex, David, the tiling crew) did a fabulous job. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us whenever we had questions and worked with us when we wanted minor changes. There were no hidden surprises. Arthur’s crew showed up every day on time, worked hard and never left a mess. This is my first review and I’m glad to say it’s a positive one. Can’t recommend Best Of Remodel enough for any of your remodeling needs.

Forget five stars! 10/10 highly recommend! The entire crew is just incredible. We went into this project with construction PTSD after a horrific experience with Lowe's a few years ago. We cannot say enough good things about the attention to detail, cleanliness, customer care, and organization of the Best of Remodel team. We had custom cabinetry and shower doors, no problem! We barely had to do anything and trusted them enough that we even left to run errands a few times. They listened to our vision and provided suggestions to get there. We have future projects planned and will 100% be using Best of Remodel. ❤️ Before and after photos included.

Our remodeled master bath is just beautiful! We had the shower replaced and enlarged, a new soaking tub installed and all new flooring. Arthur and his crew were wonderful to work with. Best of Remodel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! I can’t say enough good things about their team and the quality of their work. They completely remodeled our bathroom and installed a new awning, and both turned out beyond beautiful. The bathroom looks like something out of a magazine every detail is flawless, from the tile work to the fixtures and the new awning completely transformed our outdoor space. Their crew was professional, respectful, and clearly take pride in their craft. Jackie was incredible to work with so friendly, responsive, and organized and honestly, the entire team was outstanding. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent; every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, and I always knew what to expect each step of the way. I truly couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of quality and customer care. I cannot say enough great things about working with Arthur from best of remodel. I received 7 bids from 7 different local remodeling contractors and what made me choose Best of remodel was Alex and Arthur’s honesty, communication and professionalism. Arthur was the only contractor out of all seven that went into my attic to address something I wanted done to see if it could be done- every other contractor was only willing to do this after me signing a contract. Beyond my first initial good first impression his bid came in around the median price point of all other 7 bids received, I had an opportunity and choice to go with a little cheaper bid but I am so happy I stuck with my gut and went with Best of Remodel. I had concerns about doing a kitchen remodel while we were living at home during it- but every one of Arthur’s employees were clean, professional and great to work with. They finished the work ahead of schedule, no last min surprise price changes, if anything came up that needed addressing Arthur was on it and quickly fixed it, quick to respond and resolve issue. Beyond all of this, I am beyond impressed with the quality of work. The kitchen turned out better than I even expected and I would say I have pretty high standards when it comes to my home and having work done right. I received 7 bids from 7 different local remodeling contractors and what made me choose Best of remodel was Alex and Arthur's honesty, communication and professionalism. We came to the conclusion that we needed to upgrade our bathroom to be more handicapped accessible. We are thrilled with our new bathroom! All the materials and fixtures are top notch! A premier auto flush Bidet toilet, pulsating shower wand and even a rainfall shower head. Not to mention that the tile is exquisite and a pocket door was installed which gave a wider opening. The project was a three week endeavor but was so worth it. I commend the Project Manager, Arthur Popov, for a project well-coordinated. Also the craftsmanship of his crews was quite amazing. All the way from the demo crew, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tile setters, painters and cabinet installers. The extra nice thing about all of these crews was that they were all so respectful of our space and time and made every effort to keep things clean and tidy. My husband and I highly recommend Best of Remodel.

I was extremely skeptical in finding a company because I know how hard it is to find honest, reliable, quick, and fair priced companies these days, especially with how expensive everything is. After calling 7 companies, I decided on Best of Remodel. Their prices were incredibly fair, but their work and the team we had were AMAZING. They worked around our weird work schedule demands, and were so accommodating when our baby got sick. Every single person that we were in contact with throughout the process was so kind. Their quote was upfront and honest. No weird hidden price changes - insanely fair. Jackie was the initial person I spoke with and she was just a super sweet person, motivated to make sure your every need is met. Made me feel super comfortable and never felt like I was being sold on something. Arthur was the main person we spoke to throughout the process and he is an absolute GEM. The kindest, most helpful, most knowledgeable and professional person I think I have ever worked with in my life. I will for sure be using them in the future as our home needs a LOT of work. We just completed a large project and could not be happier! We had work done in 2 upstairs bathrooms that included demo, moving walls replacing a tub/shower in one bathroom, and enlarging in the other, new flooring, tile, custom cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical. We had a great experience from beginning to end. They worked with us to ensure the end result was exactly what we wanted. Everyone was polite, professional, hard working and provided quality service and results. All requests and questions were responded to quickly. Best of Remodel was such a great company to work with. They worked and reworked the design until it fit my limited budget. They were open to changes in design even after the work had begun. Best of Remodel did a fantastic job coming up with a solution and delivering a kitchen remodel that my wife and I love. We had a bad kitchen leak that ruined some of our cabinets and the flooring under our tiles. Arthur proposed a solution to replace only the cabinets that needed to be replaced, keep the granite counter tops, reface the cabinets, and replace the tile floor. The other contractors that I received quotes for came in much higher because they wanted to redo everything including the granite counter tops. This was great because we were able to stay within budget and get a high-quality remodeled kitchen that looks brand new. Arthur's team was also very professional and hard working. Because of an unexpected kitchen leak, my husband and I entered into the "kitchen remodel" realm unexpectedly. Best of Remodel was amongst several contractors that gave us a bid. We couldn't have chosen better! Arthur gave us options that allowed us to keep our granite counters (all others insisted we replace them - with a high price tag attached). He also had the great idea to reface and paint the existing cupboards to match the ones that had to be rebuilt around the sink (another practical tip). In addition to the great options, his team is made up of experts in each trade to complete the work (tiles, electrician, etc). Because of this, the final product exceeded all expectations. This company truly lives up to its name.

We originally had a 1 bathroom home which was not working for us, and we couldn't figure out how to add another one without too much headache. Then Arthur figured out a way to divide the original bathroom into two full bathrooms, and it ended up amazing! They also did various improvements around the house. Everything turned out perfectly. After the demo a hidden plumbing issue was discovered that interfered with our ideas for the shower. It starts with a design discussion, then a plan, and before you know it, your project appears before your eyes. They re-used our marble countertops and saved us a lot of money. They found a way to make a huge farm sink fit into a space that was the wrong size, and creatively made it look like it was meant to be there all along. Their use of color is unique and artistic. Our kitchen used to be too crowded for more than one person at a time - now it' s suitable for dancing! We'll be using Best of Remodel again.

Terrie C. I had 3 other estimates from April thru August 2023. Took a lot of time to decide. Once Arthur came to me in September 2023 and gave an estimate and addressed all my concerns, I felt so comfortable in communicating with him. I signed with him, that very day. I had 12 under the counter small lower drawer, he enlarged them to 6 drawers that gave me more drawer space. Took my corner desk out in the kitchen and extended the countertops and added drawers and I added a wine fridge. I have under the cabinet lighting that he forget to add in the contract and he hand wrote it the contract. My other estimates I got from other contractors said it takes them 6 hours to adjust their prior contract estimates and one of them was for under cabinet lighting. I didnâ t feel nickled and dimed when simple things like more shelves i wanted to add. Instead of modifying my cabinet to accommodate too low of a microwave he suggested getting a slimmer microwave that had same dimensions as my old microwave that was too low to the gas stove. He made many suggestions to my concerns that I really appreciated. Also, I would like to add professionalism to the Best of Remodel, I was only allowed to chose 3 qualities. I had All Organized install roll out shelves in my kitchen before Best of Remodel started, even All Organized couldnâ t suggest â hidden hingesâ and told me I shouldâ ve had done the roll outs after the kitchen remodel. Arthur was able to install the hidden hinges on all my cabinets. So cool, Iâ m going to have the Best of Remodel do my master bath in 2024. He extended my center island countertops and installed 2 waterfalls down my cabinets, the other estimates I got beforehand said it was too expensive. Enclosed is a picture of a Before and After
