I cannot recommend Kara at Reps and Relax highly enough! As a former professional dancer, I have grown to despise the toxic workout culture that constantly pushes people too far, too fast. Finding Kara has been an absolute breath of fresh air. She does virtual personal training with me, and her approach is exactly what I needed. Kara truly cares about your health holistically, and she has helped me build my strength back up in a safe, sustainable way. For the first time in a long time, she has made workouts something I actually look forward to. She takes the time to understand your specific goals and tailors everything to help you reach them. There is truly no one I would trust more with my fitness and well-being!

In Key Largo visiting for a few days, Kara's name popped up on a few Facebook posts for local massages that come to you. Sent her a message last minute to schedule a massage for my wife, she was able to squeeze it in for us. Great communication, great price and showed up on time. Brought everything into our cabana, was extremely nice and my wife enjoyed a very nice massage poolside. Absolutely recommend Kara whether you are a local or visting the amazing Keys for a relaxing vacation

Kara is amazing. I have sciatica and suffer flare ups despite yoga and exercise, and wanted to try assisted stretching. Kara is gentle, yet very effective at targeting the tight spots. Finishing off with massage relaxes the whole body and makes me feel like a million bucks. Having these services at home is very convenient and a great value. I can’t recommend Kara highly enough.

Personal training, virtual training, Active Isolated Stretching and massage therapy; I’ve done them all with Reps and Relax. Kara has been a key figure of my fitness and wellness journey for close to 10 years. Most recently I had a 90 minute AIS and massage combo session; it was truly a relaxing and healing experience. I appreciated Kara’s promptness to the appointment, her communication during my session as well as a followup the day after. She is a gifted massage and stretch therapist who is able to provide a top notch deep tissue massage. Her background in personal training provides an additional level of knowledge that I find so beneficial for my sessions with her.

Our team and Dolphins Plus enjoyed a Stretch Reset session with Kara this week and it was an amazing dose of wellness to cap off our summer season! Kara was incredible in coordinating with our busy schedule and created a comfortable and relaxing environment for everyone.
