They’ve been impeccable with finding me work on such a short notice and have stayed in touch through out the process.
They live up to the name Direct Response tenfold, as all I needed to register was a few online forms and to pop into the office with some Identification.
I recommend them to anyone who wants to find work quickly and for anyone who wants their skills to be noted and applied duly.

Liam was a massive help, helped me with everything and if i had any problems, pay was on time, just make sure you get in your time sheet before Monday morning and you will be sorted.

They listened to me, and were able to find me a great job for almost 3 months, as I waited to take up another job that I had applied for. In fact I was sorry to leave the job they provided. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was struggling to find employment after my time in the military had come to an end. With bills hacking away at my savings, I decided to see what Direct Response in Trowbridge had to offer. In less than two weeks, they had found me contracted employment.
I did appreciate the freedom with the fact that if the temp job was not working out, the pay wasn't to my liking, or I simply needed a day off to sort out personal stuff, I always had the opportunity to talk to the Direct Response staff and they would sort the issue. The story has a happy ending as I eventually found full time employment, but I will be forever grateful to the Direct Response team for their help in a time of need.

Di, Liam,and the team found me a position the very next day. Doing what I love,with more realistic hours to coincide with family life,my new position is walking distance from home and I'm also on a higher wage.
I can't thank Di and Liam enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great agency to work for. Was invited in to meet Jonny and register. We discussed the type of work I was interested in. Was given work straight away and was subsequently offered full time employment with the company who I now work for.
I never had any issues, but Jonny was always available and kept in touch. He always got back to me quickly, and was great to work with. If I had not been offered my current job I would still be happily carrying on with Direct Response.
Great agency, great communication, great people.

I have worked with Di and Direct Response for many years, in various capacities, firstly using their services for supplying HGV drivers, and now to find myself that job I’ve always wanted. All the staff are very professional and kept me in the loop at every stage, from finding that job I wanted to forwarding my cv, and then interview stage. Within an month of registering they have found me my perfect permanent job. They had me signed up and ready to go within an hour, due to my previous experience, offered me an interview on the spot to work in their office.
I am deeply saddened to be leaving Direct Response due to furthering my career however, if you are looking for work, I would recommend Direct Response over any agencies in the area!
The staff are excellent and professional at all times, pay is always prompt and on time.
Words cannot describe the efficiency and professionalism of this company are second to none.
Looking for work, look no further than Di & the team.
