The appointment was for my 91 year old mother. The staff and Dr. are always nice and the quality of care is wonderful. They go out of there way to open the door and greet her when they see her coming with her walker and Dr. Parsons even walked her out to the car and helped her in. She is treated in a very caring professional care. I would highly recommend this office not only for quality of care but for their professional and caring manner.

I started my hearing aid journey with Costco. I was generally pleased with the service I received, as it is really convenient with store locations all around the country. I did experience several issues with my hearing aids. They are Jabra Enhanced Pro 20. I had to send them back to the manufacturer seven times, each time for roughly three weeks without hearing aids. I started working with D.R. Morgan Bowlin at Better Hearing and Audiology. The difference in time spent helping me and diagnosing my hearing needs compared to Costco was night and day. After receiving my recommended hearing aids and initial and follow-up adjustments, my experience has just been amazing. The overall comfort, reliability, and ease of use is extraordinary. Better Hearing and Audiology has just gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are being met. I would not discourage anyone from getting hearing aids at Costco as I believe doing something is better than nothing, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" cannot be overstated when comparing Costco hearing aids to better hearing and Audiology services. Based on my personal experience, I would 100% recommend D.R. Morgan Bowlin and Better Hearing and Audiology.
