3hr Private Charter. Captain Bob and crew gave all of us an excellent experience. Food, drinks and wind. The fog rolled in and they followed their protocols to keep us safe. Great job! We all had a wonderful time.

A Hidden Gem on the Water This has become an annual tradition which I gift to my adult children every summer We have done this for over 10 years.For tourists I'd say it's a wonderful way to see our beautiful harbour skyline and Toronto Island,Since we live inToronto, we enjoy the ambiance of being on a beautiful boat, relaxing, and hanging out together!Our sail was smooth and enjoyable and we felt we were in great hands with Howie!

Warm crew, stunning views, unforgettable solo sailing experience. Sailing solo on this shared trip was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. From the moment I stepped aboard, the team made me feel completely welcome. They were incredibly courteous, professional, and warm .. it felt like sailing with friends rather than strangers. The views were breathtaking, the atmosphere was peaceful yet adventurous, and everything was well-organized. Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or a first-timer, I highly recommend this trip. Great "Discover Sailing" lesson, will come back I did a solo Discover Sailing 3hr Introductory Sail lesson with Capt Howie, as I'm interested in learning to sail and wanted to get my feet wet before committing to a longer course. Overall I had a great time and strongly recommend Gone Sailing: capt was incredibly knowledgeable about sailing and very patient to answer all sorts of questions; the harbor was calm and had nice views of the city; and 3 hours is a good amount of time for a discover sailing class. During the class I alternated between manning the steering or the sail, and got to learn by following capt's instructions and asking a ton of questions.The one caveat is that I sorta assumed the outing to be a bit more active and have more of a class feel to it (like, "get us on course to that direction", "position the sail to get/less speed") and didn't think to bring it up explicitly. Capt Howie was a great teacher and I'm sure he'd have adjusted the outing, so a tip if if to be clear about expectations.Once again, strongly recommend and very likely to come back.

How to be a better sailor! Taking the NauticEd training modules for the International Sailing License and Credentials (SLC) program and then sailing with Captain Howie Colt for five days of on the water training was an exceptional learning experience. Captain Howie was personable, knowledgeable, professional and patient. As an instructor, when a concept was not being immediately grasped, rather than blame the student, Howie would look for a better way to explain the concept, until it was grasped. I highly recommend this training program for anyone wanting to obtain their SLC license.

Great morning sail Had an amazing morning on the water with Captain Rob and crew member Aiden! Everything was top notch. What could be better than the lake, sun, breeze, great music and even better company. Even got to see some air show rehearsals! Can’t wait to do it again soon!! Would highly recommend!!

Three relaxed hours Our hosts were tremendous conversationalists and charted a route around the Bay that was both beautiful and informative. Service was attentive but not overly so, allowing to chill and settle in for the entire cruise. It was a wonderful 3 hours. Well worth it and the highlight of our time in Toronto.
