I had an excellent experience at Paneltown. We worked a lot with Chris who was very kind, informative, and helpful. We really appreciated how much time he took with us to explain and help us find the right product for our floors. We also loved the showroom displays of different types of flooring with different finishes so we could actually visualize how our floors would look. Would highly recommend this place!

Very good store for working with wood. They have a large selection of wood stains, oils, varnishes, and all the materials needed for wood finishing. I was impressed by the variety of colors and brands available it’s easy to find the right shade and product for any project. I’d also like to mention the staff they really know what they’re selling. They helped me choose the right stain and gave useful advice on application and compatibility with other finishes. That saves a lot of time and helps avoid mistakes. Prices are reasonable, the selection is wide, and everything is well organized. If you work with wood furniture, stairs, flooring, or DIY projects I definitely recommend this store.

Jerod McCluggage at Panel Town & Flooring provided some of the best customer service I've ever had. We were interested in reclaimed flooring and Jerod was able to answer all our questions, provided timely samples and a couple of quote options.
