Dropped in to these guys today with an immediate need stemming from a grandkid shutting the seatbelt in the door. Nothing I did to fix the issue seemed to work . Years ago these folks repaired my Suburban and had done a fantastic job so I naturally thought of them. I walked in to the front lobby, explained my problem, and Lacie the lead estimater was up, and had my car back to a tech in seconds. 3-4 minutes later she walked back in with my FOB and said okay, you’re taken care of! Wonderful experience working with Cascade Collision! Working with them was the easiest part of dealing with an auto accident caused by another driver. The team’s constant updates on our car were very reassuring and they kept to their estimated completion date! Valerie and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole process. Our car looks brand new and you can’t even tell where the damage occurred! Just needed a quote for a broken bumper and Josh at the front desk looked at it and said "let me see what I can do for a short term fix". Him and Chase did a great job in 15 minutes to look after me first.
