Katie and Valerie, the customer service reps are friendly and super knowledgeable. And they approached my repair requirements as though they were spending their own money! They truly had my best interests at heart as we discussed the details of each repair. This was the by far the best experience I have had with a collision repair shop. Anthony, the technician who performed one of my repairs, went far beyond what was required in order to save me some money. I took my car in for some minor paint transfer and a few small scratches, and the results are flawless. They have the most friendly staff; they do incredible work and seem to always want to go the extra mile for their customers. The finish looks good as new! It’s rare to find a shop with this level of integrity and craftsmanship. Highly recommend!
