One of my employees accidentally hit my work truck, and my insurance company recommended Cascade Collision. I dropped off my vehicle on Monday morning, and by Friday it was ready and looked brand new. They did an excellent job restoring it to its original condition. I especially want to recognize Hailie, who did an outstanding job keeping me informed and guiding me through the entire process in a clear and timely manner. For me, this was one of the most valuable parts of the experience. I’ve worked with other collision repair and paint shops in the past where communication was very poor. Cascade, on the other hand, maintains a high level of quality across the board; from customer service and communication to the quality of the repairs. I hope I don’t have to see them again anytime soon 😅, but if another accident happens and I need this type of service, Cascade will definitely be my first choice.

They did a really great job on the repairs. It looks so good. They even finished ahead of the estimated time frame. They also texted me updates with the status of the repairs so I knew exactly what was happening.

They provided updates all throughout the repair process so that I would know what was going on. They not only had my vehicle done in a timely manner, but had also cleaned and vacuumed it for me! I received excellent service from Cascade Collision. The repair was completed in a timely manner and I received daily text messages updating me which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this business. My cars looked terrific on pickup.

Skyler was awesome. Repair took longer than I planned for but Insurance covered all but $500, which you have to pay in cash or pay 3% if using a credit card. Truck was spotless when I picked it up. Hope no one needs crash repairs but if you do, I would use Cascade again!
