Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!! Hailie was amazing and helped me understand the process and timelines. She was able to get in contact with insurance and figure all of that out so that I didn’t have to. She is so patient with answering all my questions and seriously just so easy to work with! My car came back looking perfect (literally better than before lol), they did such a good job on the repair!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Cascade. Josh is who helped me and he was amazing. He could have easily taken advantage of a girl like me, knowing nothing about cars but he was upfront and honest. He was able to lower the original quoted amount, and he was able to get my car done three days faster than the original date of pick-up. I will most definitely bring my car back to him if ever needed! Thank you for being so awesome.

Amazing service! They seemed busy when I walked in but gave me and my car the time and attention needed for the repair. I spoke with the manager on the phone before and he perfectly set my expectations for how things would go. They reattached the parts of my bumper that were hanging off super fast and free of charge!
