They are very proactive. I was informed as repairs were being performed so I didn’t need to guess when the car would be ready or if there were any delays.
When the car was ready it was returned washed, vacuumed and dusted. This was a nice touch.
My only negative was that I was charged a service charge because I paid for my repair balance with a credit card. This feels very petty to me. Any service charge should be built into the over all costs and not added on when a credit card is used. I would make the analogy to the airlines where over the years fees for baggage, loading priority etc have been added. How do we like this change? Again, it’s ok for a business to retain its margin and make a profit, but please don’t nickel and dime me.
Except for this - I recommend Cascade Collision whole heartedly !
