Needed to have the back end of my truck repaired. Cascade was able to get my truck repaired and back to me as promised and on time. I received text's during the repair to let me know the status of my repair.

I’m very impressed with cascade collision! I have been in 5 car accidents in 5 years (all not my fault) and as you can imagine it’s very frustrating having to get your car fixed so many times. I have taken it to a different place in Orem the last few times and never have felt it looked the same as it did prior to the accidents. I picked up my car today and it looked brand new! I’ve been making everyone I know come and look how good it looks! Very impressed with the quality, how fast they were able to get me in and how communicative they were throughout the whole process. I hope the curse is over and people will stop running into me , but if I need collision repairs in the future I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I want to start with a positive word - I will absolutely work with them again, trust them, and would recommend them to a friend. However, there were a few minor issues with initial repair and pickup experience (rattle in door, unaligned trim and body panels, paint on weather strip, sticky substance on top of car). I do wish I could have picked it up without any issues - However, the team was humble and patient and fixed the problems for me, which says a TON. Frankly, how a company handles issues is equally if not more important than initial work quality - as we live in a chaotic and imperfect world and issues happen even with the best - so the truest measure of the “best” is how they handle and correct and potential issues - and ya’ll knocked it out of the park. Car looks great now, and I would absolutely work with your team again. Thank you!
