We’ve used Cascade Collision for approximately three decades. They’ve always had outstanding quality and service, even caring for our old Cadillac. With their expansion and growth there have been challenges. My Five Star review is based on a strong history of satisfaction that includes how they’ve dealt with challenges that have arisen. We had some problems with quality and expectations last year with the Lehi location. However, the integrity of this organization shown brightly when we worked with leadership to identify and work through the problems. From top to bottom they were not satisfied until everything was taken care of properly. They listened, looked, accepted responsibility, made the changes necessary, and went over and above to help us solve the issues.
The test of a company is not if they have challenges but how they seek to resolve them. I believe it’s our responsibility as customers to be reasonable and work with them if there are issues, and give them a chance to solve them. If they step up, or even go above they should be recognized and respected for that. If they don’t then we should give honest reviews on that as well.
