We had a great experience working with the team from Cascade Collision Repair. Our vehicle was repaired in the time they told us & they kept us notified at each stage of the repair. I'd highly recommend them for both quality & service.

Great team to work with! Customer service was very attentive and easy to work with. The communication was top-of-the-line, consistent, and regular, And the shop did an impeccable job and was extremely fast. I am very appreciative and thankful!

They are very proactive. I was informed as repairs were being performed so I didn’t need to guess when the car would be ready or if there were any delays. When the car was ready it was returned washed, vacuumed and dusted. This was a nice touch. My only negative was that I was charged a service charge because I paid for my repair balance with a credit card. This feels very petty to me. Any service charge should be built into the over all costs and not added on when a credit card is used. I would make the analogy to the airlines where over the years fees for baggage, loading priority etc have been added. How do we like this change? Again, it’s ok for a business to retain its margin and make a profit, but please don’t nickel and dime me. Except for this - I recommend Cascade Collision whole heartedly ! Chris

We had a great experience with Cascade this most recent time, and the previous few times we’ve gone through them for car repairs. They kept us up to date throughout the process with multiple text messages (and calls when necessary). Their repair work is great! I’m hopeful we won’t need more repairs in the future but if we do we will for sure be going back to them.

My car was beautifully repaired. It was more extensive than I thought when I brought it in, and so I'm a very appreciative of their employee. Employee Skylar keeping me informed and helping me with insurance and rental car issues due to the fact that I had to go out of town before the car was done. If I ever have to have a repair again and I have a choice of where to go I would definitely choose this place.
