Cascade Collision is the absolute best. They take care of people first, a rarity in this industry. Quick story - my 3-year old decided to draw (with a rock) on her teacher's car, leaving a scratch that I was unable to get out on my own. I called Cascade prepared to pay an arm and leg for the ability to show my face again at school. Instead, Cascade got me in immediately and buffed out the scratch at no charge. The car looks fantastic. I will be using them for all future service, highly recommend!

She was friendly, professional and kept me informed the entire time my 2021 RAV4 was being repaired. And let’s not forget the technicians who did the bumper repair; flawless work and my vehicle was detailed/cleaned inside and out plus I was given a few items for the car (Cascade moniker terry towel, cell phone car charger and 2 can coolers); just superior customer service from the entire team at Cascade Collision!
