Absolutely loved working with Cascade Collision. Their office staff was very friendly and prompt getting us a quote and scheduled. While my car was in their possession I got multiple texts weekly letting me know the status of the car and projected completion date. I got multiple calls from Mason just personally letting me know what was going on with my car and the progress. I fully anticipated it wasn’t going to be done by their estimated completion date because I know things happen. However it was actually done early! I’ll definitely be revisiting if I ever need to!

Jeff was incredibly helpful when it came time to deliver my Rivian back to me, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
