I had my vehicle repaired through Cascade Collision a few months back but I never left a review. I drive past Cascade Collision everyday and it has bothered me that I never took the time to leave a review. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their business. They handled my claim quickly, efficiently, and made it very easy. Their customer service was incredible so much so that I couldn’t go any longer without leaving this review of my experience. From the fast scheduling, picking my vehicle up early, and the card and mints left in my vehicle, they were simply exceptional throughout. I don’t remember everyone’s names but Valerie is who I always spoke with on the phone. Valerie was always friendly and helpful and I truly thank her and everyone for their customer care.

Cascade collision has a very professional, friendly staff. Their facility was very clean and they were thorough with their work. They kept in contact with us through the whole process so we knew what was going on and when our car would be available, they made sure that we had rental plans and took care of us there all in all I think Cascade collision is the best place to go!!

I had a parking lot fender bender & the other guy's insurance worked with this body shop so I complained to the adjuster & Cascade about getting it tore apart & a quote for service plus putting me in a rental car would cost way more than the market value on my 14 Year old Subaru legacy was worth butt they thought different 5 weeks later I couldn't be more happier with the insurance and Cascades collisions work it turned out wonderful thank you both for putting up with my complaining I would recommend you guys anytime this is a provo Utah facility.
