I was looking at a pretty major repair. When they got into the car, they found that it could be fixed with minimal effort. And minimal cost. They gave me the choice to continue with the more expensive or stay with the inexpensive repair. That was very much appreciated! Nowadays, you don’t have many businesses that will give you the choice. The staff was incredible and beyond personable! I highly recommend Cascade Collision!

My experience was amazing. I’m really impressed. My car looks brand new like no one ever backed into it and it was super clean when I got it back. Every single staff member I talked to was wonderful, they’re so kind and helpful. They’re super knowledgeable and really care about what they do. They explained everything to me and made the whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be. I received a lot of updates during the whole process so I knew exactly what was happening while they had my car. I’ve heard many times that Cascade does excellent work on cars which is definitely true, but the customer service is what sold me.
