After a black bear decided to dart out in front of me, my vehicle need to be repaired! Cascade did an excellent job and my car was completed by their promised date! They worked with my insurance company and the whole problem was resolved quickly. I highly recommend their services for anyone that’s been in an accident or needs their vehicle repaired and good as new!

I’m normally not a person to leave reviews, but my experience here far exceeded any experience I’ve had in the automotive world. The people that helped me through this time deserved to be recognized. Every employee I worked with at Cascade was not only beyond friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable in their field and made sure to answer any questions I had. Skyler and Lacey helped me get my vehicle checked in and get it prepared for bodywork. Made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process and had it fixed efficiently and perfectly. They were able to make contact with my Insurance, and the driver of the other vehicles Insurance, to make sure everything went smoothly and that everything was going through the proper channels. After talking with over six different people from only two Insurance companies I was very overwhelmed. So being able to rely on them to make sure stuff was getting taken care of was a massive relief. I dealt with a gentleman named Scott at the very end who is the manager of the store. He was beyond friendly and answered any additional questions that I had about the process. If I ever have any issue, even just a small scratch on my vehicle I know for sure where I’m coming back to get it repaired. I know I’m gonna be in good hands and my vehicle is going be taken care of with the upmost care. I would highly recommend this company if you ever need any body work. That way you can also experience how great it Is to work with people who truly care about customer satisfaction, quality, and price because it is very hard to find a company that delivers on all three of those in one experience.

Josh was great to work with and really did well working with the Insurance company to fix my car. I will definitely come here again if I have any damage to my car. He knew right was to do and made a frustrating situation much smoother.
