My Dad walked into Cascade Collision today looking for an estimate to repair his fender. He was expecting to be without his vehicle for a day or two while it was repaired. The workers there took him right in, pulled things back in place, and didn't charge him. I can't say how much he and I both appreciate that they but only didn't take advantage of him but did him a good turn. Thank you guys!

This was as good of an experience as a car accident and repair could have been. These guys told me what to expect, gave me a timeline, kept me informed each day of the progress, let me come to the shop and look at the vehicle when appropriate, and it was done right when they said it would be done. They handled my insurance claimed without any effort on my part. The car looks fantastic and I don't have to worry about whether or not it was fixed correctly. Awesome! I hope I never need to use them again, but if I ever do, they've earned my business.

We had a great experience with Cascade this most recent time, AND the previous few times we’ve gone through them for car repairs. They kept us up to date throughout the process with multiple text messages (and calls when necessary). Their entire staff are friendly and welcoming, and repair work is excellent! I’m hopeful we won’t need more repairs in the future but if we do we will for sure be going back to them.
