I 100% recommend Cascade Collison. They are professional, great communicators and skilled. My car was involved in a third party (hit and run). They were able to walk me through the process and totally took away my anxieties and worries away. I was on a tight schedule and needed my car fixed whilst we were away on vacation. They scheduled my car during that time and had it waiting for me the day before we got home. I really appreciated the communication from Cascade Collison while we were away. They kept me up to date through texts and emails as to what they were doing and what they needed to still do. They were able to arrange the payment through the third party ( third party didn’t want to go through their insurance) which took a lot of stress away from me. My car was washed and vacuumed out and back to its perfect self! I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t wish a wreck on anyone, but if your car is in need of body repair don’t waste your time checking around other body shops, Cascade Collison is the best!
