Work was completed by the date they quoted me. The service was fantastic. The office lady they have is amazingly friendly. Wish they could work on all my vehicles.

I had an issue no one could really help me with or properly diagnose let alone fix. Rather than spend $1400 on an entirely new part, which is what 5+ places had quoted me In “Hopes”it would solve the problem. Brent Brown Toyota in Orem referred me to cascade and they had the problem isolated and quoted $250 to fix. When I went to pick it up I was pleasantly surprised when Hailey said it wasn’t as much work as quoted was only going to be $123!! Fast trust with their knowledge and competence in their field. 10/10 recommend!!!

The changed out the front passenger axle but failed to straighten out a bent caliper dust shield. It made a HORRIBLE noise when the car was backed up.

Everything was completed as promised! Price was reduced to what time & materials were actually used to complete the repair.
