Cascade was PHENOMENAL. The work they did was excellent, but it was the customer service that really sets them apart. Their communication every step of the way was FABULOUS and very appreciated!

I can’t say enough good things about this collision repair shop and Valerie. A tire flew off the car in front of me on the freeway and slammed into my car, causing damage I wasn’t expecting. They stepped in, repaired my car and had it fixed incredibly fast. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during such a stressful situation meant so much to me. The quality of the repair was excellent, and they treated me with genuine care from start to finish. It’s rare to find a business with this level of integrity and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Excelent quality on the repairs, and fantastic customer service by Skyler and the whole cascade team. I was very happy with there quality and standing behind their work. *A Follow up to this post. I need to recind the statement that they stand behind there work. i recevied my car back and I sill had a camera issue which is one of the items to be fixed. I took it back in and they told me that I needed to take my car to a dealership and have them fix my cameras. So I guess once this company gets paid they don't really care about the service or quality that they perform. I'm sorry but I will not return to Cascade or recoment them. ***Ok I have to Follow up on my last Follow up. ha. So Let me say there was a bit of a miss comunication and I over recacted to my situation at Cascade. I ended up taking my car to Ford and they were able to determan there was some damage to the camera and Cascade step up bigtime to took care of the damage and payid for the repairs. Derek and Skyler were very kind in follwing up and making sure everything was done to satifaction. So in the end Cascade did the right thing in taking care of the customer and I will admit I over reacted when I thought I got the brush off. I am for sure using this company again if the need arises.

Cascade is amazing. Super fast, super easy to deal with, super fast to respond. The work done to my car is beautiful. They even cleaned my car in and out! I am very impressed. Shout out to megan and ricky especially!

Honestly, such a good experience. The Partnership with Enterprise also made it super smooth. They did a great job fixing my car but also just were awesome with communicating and even helped arrange pickup for my work/family schedule.
