Cascade Auto Repair is AMAZING!!! From start to finish, they walked me through the entire process, answered every question I had, and were incredibly punctual with their deadlines and next steps. This was my first auto repair experience, and it was hands-down some of the best white-glove service I’ve ever received. Valerie and the other office staff were absolutely wonderful and honestly the main reason for this glowing review. They were kind, communicative, professional, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely seamless. My vehicle was delivered right on time, and the only thing I have to come back for is a trim piece that is currently backordered. But even then, they went above and beyond, they temporarily installed a different-colored trim piece so I can continue going about my life and even run my car through the car wash while I wait. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service is something you just don’t see often anymore. I would recommend Cascade Auto Repair to anyone without hesitation! Cascade did an amazing job repairing my truck! They make it so seamless for you as a customer handling everything with the insurance and getting a rental vehicle if needed.. From drop off to getting into my rental took like 15 minutes. The staff is super professional, compassionate and friendly! The repairs make it like my truck was never even in an accident! On top of that they take the time to completely detail your entire vehicle! Hopefully I’m never in another accident but if I am I’ll never take a vehicle anywhere else again!
