They did a fantastic job. The estimated cost was great. It ended up costing just a little less. They finished the work in less time than they estimated as well mainly due to their ability to get the parts in quickly. The automated system they use is great for knowing where your vehicle is in the process. Plus you get updates from Josh that give more information. Josh is great at answering questions and anticipating your needs. I have had them do work many times and am always pleased with the care and service. The warranty is an awesome service. Update: I had to return my truck for new repairs due to another driver's inattention. Again, Cascade Collision Repair did fantastic work! The crew was able to assist me in getting a bed liner as part of the repair process. It did cost me additional since I didn't have one to begin with, but it was easier and better than doing it after the repair. And they were still able to get my vehicle back a day earlier.

Cascade did a wonderful job of repairing my trunk. They needed the car for 2 1/2 weeks, but let me know that up front so I could bring it when it was more convenient for me. They also kept me updated a 2-3 times a week and the car was ready on the day they predicted it would be. The work looks fantastic. I highly recommend Cascade Collision!

Everyone here was so helpful and just genuinely kind. They were attentive to my questions and with keeping me in the loop with my car. Another thing that stood out to me was when i went to get my car and we were doing the walk around i had a headlight that was replaced so the older one was little discolored and i didn't love that...they could tell but without hesitation they said let them polish it and were happy to do so, which made me happy that they cared. Again i'm so impressed with this team and i want to say a thank you to them for being genuinely good people! you can trust to take your car here and i hope you do!

Our van looks new again! Cascade did a great job and has great customer service. They sent frequent updates and our van was ready a day earlier than projected, a pleasant surprise as repairs took place during the holidays. Mason, in customer service was so helpful! He arranged someone to drive us home when we dropped off the van. When we drove the rental car over to pick up our van, Mason helped us again. We were able to leave the rental with Cascade and he made arrangements for it's pickup. Super helpful! Also, once we made our initial reports and calls to insurance, Cascade worked all details from there, it was stress free on our end. We would use Cascade again.
