Everything was done according to timeline and plan and my truck looks as good as new again. I was so happy with the expert way the damage was repaired and looked very carefully for hours to find a mistake and could find none. The side rails are installed better than what was initially on it and I really appreciate the care used to choose exactly what I had on there in the first place, although I did notice I received an upgrade—THANKS! Finally, the two individuals assigned to handle the communication and up front PR for the company were excellent and helped deliver my vehicle to me on time. They also both reduced any stresses I may have had by answering all of my questions professionally, yet with kindness. Cascade Collision is amazing in every way.

So our little car had an unfortunate encounter with a deer. We created a claim through our insurance and selected cascade and they literally took care of everything else. We now have our car back and it’s like it never happened! Great communication and fast service.

I had a minor fender bender and had damage to my bumper. I have never had to have collision repair work done before so I was nervous that my car would never look the same. I have a Mercedes so I was also nervous about getting work done by someone other than Mercedes but Cascade was recommended to me by my insurance company. It turns out all of my worries were unnecessary though because the work they did was flawless!! They are extremely professional and the customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced! Katie and Valerie were amazing to work with and they kept me informed every step of the way. The whole process was painless and they made it as convenient as possible, even arranging for me to get my rental car right at the shop and drop it off there when I got my car back. I would absolutely recommend this shop to others. It’s never fun to have your car fixed and this team really made it as smooth as possible! A+ work all around.

Excellent work, and from what I can tell in my experience, very thorough. Very pleased with how the work came out. Very happy with the updates they put out every step of the way and when they bent over backwards when there were unexpected bumps along the way, superb customer service. One of the very few I have come to trust.
