Highly recommend, 100% a positive experience in every way! We rented a beautiful apartment in a great location for a very reasonable price. Maintenance was prompt, they refunded us for some work we did ourselves, and our deposit was returned promptly and in full. I’ve never had such a good rental experience. We heard so many negative stories about short term rentals in Amsterdam, but we had nothing to worry about with City Centre Retreats. If we need a short term rental again, we will go to them first!
I had a truly fantastic stay in Amsterdam with City Centre Retreats while there for an extended time with work. The apartment was perfect, it was in a great location and had everything you could possibly need. James our host was on hand for any questions and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. I would 100% recommend City Centre Retreats to anyone and am looking forward to my next stay with them. 10/10 on all counts.
Perfect little flat in the best location with canal views. Small space well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. The two most important things were lovely - the bed and the bathroom. It was so exquisite to open the huge windows and watch Amsterdam float or cycle past. We adored all of it - even the classic steep Amsterdam flights of stairs! The buzzing bar downstairs was never too loud or annoying, it all added to the perfect experience. The owner is very nice and helpful- will definitely stay again.

Great location, very nice apartment (comfy bed) and all round wonderful stay. Yes the stairs are quite steep and tight but manageable. Would totally recommend!

I stayed here for a week with a friend and loved the apartment which was quite big and spacious for 2 people . The sofa bed was quite comfy my friend had the double bed . The kitchen had all the amenties and was very clean as well as the bahtroom The location was very convinent you did not have to worry about transport getting back as most places are a short bike ride away. My only complaint was that the stairs were very step and long espically if you are at the top but price wise and location i found this apartment to be very agreeable. I Would stay here again I felt quite safe and secure .

I enjoyed my stay in Amsterdam in the appartement I rented through City centre retreat. It was spacious, had a very nice view, a beautiful minimalistic design, and had everything you would need in an appartement. Might repeat my stay again in the future
Excellent service! The appertment was nice and in line with the description. When necessary questions where always immediately answered. Once left my key inside. Support to let me in arrived under 15 minutes on a Sunday morning!
