Alleviation Therapeutics business model uses a "Patch Adams" approach to medicine, whereas, "a doctor is not a parent or authority, but a learned, trusted friend." Not only did we find solutions to my pain/depression syncopation, but when there was an access to medicine problem, it was an "we" problem to solve versus a "you" problem. Alleviation Therapeutics is truly holistic, as the problem of the patient is solved by everyone on the team. 5 is not enough stars.

The Alleviation staff is so awesome! You feel so welcome in the office, the space is tranquil and very clean. Jess sets you up for the infusion and she’s great . Then you see Becky to dial down on the days hopes , and a quick discussion of what you’d like to work on . Once that occurs you meet with Neil and his demeanor, mannerisms, and kindness make you feel relaxed and ready for your journey. The big thing is a meeting with Becky after the infusion brings the visit together. Such a great team! I have experienced major changes in my life following the infusions. I’m so thankful to the Alleviation team

I had severe Spasms and Chronic Pain from a Neuropathic Illness for 6 years. I had five Ketamine treatments in December and my Spasticity improved tremendously!! My chronic pain also improved. I usually had pain at a nine out of a 1-10 scale. My pain now is a three. I look forward to my next infusion. Neal and Rebecca are a great team. They made me feel at ease when I was having my treatment. Neal was very comforting and was Excellent at placing my IV five days in a row. Thank you, Joan🙏

It’s really great to have an option close to home and not having to trek into Boston. The offices are beautiful, and the recovery room is really nice. Dr. Hadfield is very kind as well.
