I have had a great experience with Cape Fear Air Electric & Plumbing. They installed a new AC at a very competitive price and included two maintenance services with the purchase. Bobby Cole performed both of the maintenance service on not just the AC I purchased, but also my furnace and other AC unit! He provided reasonable suggestions and even changed out my air filters for me on the last visit. I really felt like he went above and beyond.

Semi annual maintenance performed today by Service Technician/Felix. Felix provided excellent HVAC service. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable while servicing our unit. During his inspection of the ductwork, he found a buildup of biological growth in the unit housing that could affect the air quality coming through our vents. He explained everything clearly and recommended an iWave-R air purification unit to help improve our indoor air quality. I really appreciated that he was not pushy about the recommendation—he simply shared the information and answered our questions. Great HVAC service experience. We would definitely be happy to have Felix come back in the fall to service our heating system.

Cape Fear Air, Electric & Plumbing replaced my HVAC unit and ductwork in Feb 2025. They gave me a fair price. The guys that did the installation showed up when promised and finished the job as promised. Bobby C did our one year maintenace and he did a great job and answered all of my questions.
