Jerry at Fire Protection Inc. is the best. Professional, patient, and extraordinarily knowledgeable - but still explains the technicalities in a layperson's language. He knows the business!

We were under a lot of pressure due to a defective communicator in our fire panel and the urgency from the Fire Department. We needed to either repair the communicator or replace the entire fire alarm system, something we weren’t looking to do. After comparing multiple fire alarm companies, Jerry from FPI was the only one who recommended an AES radio communicator. It was significantly more affordable and far more efficient than the options quoted by other companies. Unlike our previous fire alarm provider, FPI sent out two technicians instead of one. They did an excellent job installing the new AES radio system while integrating it seamlessly with our older fire panel. The quality of their work was truly a 5-star job. Highly recommend!

Our dental office was open and seeing patients when our system was tested and it could have been awkward but the team that came out was awesome! They gave us plenty of warning before testing the alarms and we were quick in doing so. They were able to email me my reports as soon as they were done so I had them on file and ready for our next fire marshal inspection! They also take care of getting those reports to the fire marshal office. Great job guys! UPDATED: Yet another year of using FPI to test our fire alarms and system. So fast and easy!
