Thomas was incredibly patient with my husband and me on a Friday night. He showed us all the work involved and we enjoyed the videos on the companies product, and we feel confident that these cabinets will outlast us! We loved going thru all the options and Thomas showed us alot! We decided on a white option and it freshened up our kitchen. Flash forward and our designer Sam was great...she saw and added all the little details so our installer knew exactly what we wanted. She made a few trips out so we could double check and add a few things. Next came install last Monday and Andy W was beyond great ..words can't describe how he transformed our 1963 kitchen to 2026.. amazing. He showed up promptly at 8 everyday and worked hard and cleaned up everyday ... he was beyond professional and is a true craftsman . He ended and the kitchen is amazing I would highly recommend this company..Everyone we engaged with was truly professional and even the people who answered the phones when I had questions . He thoroughly explained the company’s philosophy of doing what’s best for the customer, the resurfacing process, and completion time. A life event was going to prevent me from doing the entire project, they worked with me to make it was possible to move forward with the entire project. So far I give them an A+ for customer service. I had a service call today with Jon Fawell to adjust the hinge on a cabinet door. Jon fixed that problem and then also checked the rest of the doors and drawers to make sure they were all working properly. Jon did find that one of the drawers needed an adjustment and fixed that as well. Jon was very knowledgeable and professional and a nice person.

I just wanted to acknowledge the great job Jon Fawell has done with my kitchen redo. This project has had a couple of challenges & Jon was able to diagnose & execute a plan to make the corrections. He brings experience & a skill set to get the mission accomplished.

I had zero knowledge of cabinets and materials used and I can easily say I now feel like a professional in this industry with all the knowledge that was given to us, I highly recommend Thomas as he took his time and explained and answered all of our questions in great detail!!

Our initial sales contact with Redo Cabinets was with Thomas R. He was patient & informative. He listened to our concerns and was able to offer alternative choices based on those concerns. We left our session with Thomas feeling optimistic and satisfied that we were in good hands with Redo Cabinets. Thomas appears to be very detailed oriented and gave a lot of information on what to expect on the upcoming refacing and backsplash work to come. I will update this review once the work is complete.

My wife is a professional interior designer, which means our standards and expectations are very high. We wanted to remodel our kitchen since we bought our house three years ago but knowing the scale of work and cost we've been waiting and saving up. I learned about Redo Cabinets from a friend and reached out for a free design consultation. The scheduler let me know they allow for 90 minutes but we just wanted a little more information so I figured we would be done in about 45 minutes. Thomas Roberts arrived right on time and we quickly got to work describing the scale of work we were considering and he had an answer for every item on our checklist. Thomas described the entire process at Redo Cabinets in exacting detail and patiently answered all of our questions, which were many. He ended up being at our home for over 3 hours as we negotiated finishes, layouts and prices. Thomas even came back to the house a few days later once we made a final decision so that we could sign the contract and go over the details all over again. Our standards and expectations are very high when it comes to remodeling our home. We are incredibly impressed with Redo Cabinets and Thomas Roberts and look forward to updating this review when our new kitchen is complete.

Yesterday, 3/12/25, I met with Steven Shellhorn of Redo Cabinets and was extremely impressed. He was friendly and helpful but never pushy and it was a wonderful experience. Had Ricky out for an estimate on redoing our kitchen cabinets. We liked the product and the price. We signed a contract to proceed. That night we had second thoughts on doing the project because of our age and the mess involved. Redo had no problem canceling the order. Someone would have to come out to our house to cancel the contract. Sean came out to our house and went over our concerns and spent all the time we needed with no high pressure sales tactics. Afterwards all of our concerns were addressed and we proceeded with the kitchen redo. We look forward to seeing our kitchen complete. Redo cabinets is a great company and very comfortable to work with.

I requested to meet with Thomas as there were lots of great reviews and he did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable and explained the whole process in detail. Was patient with all my questions and worked with me around my budget. I have been wanting to redo my cabinets for several years now but was very hesitant based on experiences my friends had working with independent contractors (leaving in the middle of projects, not showing up for days, additional charges etc). Yes, independent contractors may be cheaper and I did pay more than I planned , but the others don’t provide the ease of mind you’ll get with this company. No hidden fees, double lifetime warranty, quality of materials ( no cheap products that will warp in 5 years and off gas harmful VOC’s). The best part is that they guarantee work will be completed in 4-6 days. As a busy mom, this means less disruption to our schedule. I finally felt comfortable taking the plunge with starting my kitchen remodel. I will update my review once work has been completed but so far it’s been a great experience!

Today I had my consult appointment with Redo Cabinets to discuss my kitchen project. Pete was very knowledgeable & thorough offering great ideas. I appreciate the time he spent educating me on the process & the company. Pete was very patient & easy to work which was reassuring in deciding to move forward with my project.

I can not say enough about the team that installed my new kitchen. Thomas, the sales guy, Ashley, project manager, Andy, cabinet install and Pasquale tile install. All were extremely professional and responsive to all our questions and concerns. We have a large kitchen and it took longer than average to complete the job. When Thomas came for our initial meeting we were impressed with the quality of the product and were very excited at the prospect of being able to afford to give our 30 year old well loved kitchen a facelift. Marty who came to measure was spot on and made suggestions to further improve the remodel. We were a bit concerned with what we perceived was damage to our dry wall when the tile was removed but one call to Ashley Weber our project manager, assured us that there was not an issue and it would be remedied during the cabinet install. Ashley and I set the dates for the installation of the countertops and new single bowl sink, cabinets and back splash. All contractors arrived as promised and did truly quality work. Andy Gut is the best!!! I can not say enough about Andy. He arrived as promised every day for a week. At the beginning of each day we discussed what he wanted to accomplish. Moved my appliances, walled off my kitchen with plastic and cleaned up every night. The countertop and sinks had been installed first and he covered them, the floor, the new sink and faucet everyday so they would not be damaged. Ask for Andy he is worth the wait. Pasquale installed our back splash, he and his helper arrived everyday as promised. When there was a slight issue after he finished, I contacted him and he stopped by after another job and took care of it. All of the promises that were made about the quality and workmanship are true. My only critisims which has nothing to do with the quality of the product or the workmanship were some of the marketing ploys. We were told a reveal party would be held for friends and family to see the finished product. A production team came and took before pictures, but we were never given them. After pictures were never taken by the production team. The only before pictures I have are in PDF format from our contract and can not be uploaded for the review. So just the after ones are included.

We used ReDo cabinets because we didn’t want to have our old cabinets, completely torn out, there was nothing wrong with them, they just needed a facelift. We worked with John, who was our salesman, and he was absolutely amazing. When he was not available, we worked with Anthony, who was also really amazing. Colin was our install tech, he did an incredible job re-laminating our cabinets, installing hardware, and doing all of the trim and bead-boarding. Any time we ran into an issue, both John and Anthony were able to figure out a solution right away, or get the necessary parts. Colin even came back one evening to finish the job, because we were short a few pieces of material. Overall, we are absolutely amazed with the quality of the work, and in love with our new kitchen. We highly recommend ReDo cabinets to give your kitchen a brand new look!

We were lucky enough to have Daniel Gast as our salesperson who I thought was exceptional. He walked us through everything we would need to know about how the cabinet doors are made to the to the Quartz countertops and the wonderful warranty that is transferable. They do it all.

At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but the amount of work and quality proved me wrong. Bought it for my wife who was dying from cancer. She passed away a month after the work was done and I could see the smile of pride when she looked at the redone cabinets. I am happy to recommend REDO Cabinets for great work.

John was very thorough with explaining and going over everything in great detail about the cabinetry work they would be doing. He also provided great recommendations that would give our kitchen an even more polish look. He provided the time frame for completing the work and overall what to expect each day of work. I now love my kitchen cabinets! I have a small kitchen, and it looks bigger, brighter and much more modern with the changes that the salesman suggested. Where there were two doors there is now one. Where there was a hard to reach bottom cabinet, there are now three drawers. Game changer! He also respected our budget and didn't try to upsell us when I told him what I wanted. The installer was efficient, polite and very clean. And it was done in two days! I was surprised that the doors felt like regular quality cabinets and not phony. We are very pleased we took this route and did not replace our cabinets.

I just completed a free home estimate with Sr. Design Consultant Thomas R of Redocabinets. Although my kitchen is 25 yrs or more in need of remodeling I HONESTLY had No intentions of having it done for a couple more years. This decision is because of the prices researching has shown. So my plan was to get the info for refacing, ie styles, colors, and prices and make a decision when I was ready in a year or so. Representative, Moe came in explained about the company and the great services Redo Cabinets offers and we more than happy to sign the contract and start the journey to beautiful cabinets. Due to a family emergency, I thought my journey had ended as quickly as it started. With great reluctance, I called to cancel the contract and I was greatly surprised to find that Redo sent their rep, Thomas out to work with us to come up with other options that helped us keep the dream alive. We are back on our journey and eagerly await our beautiful cabinets. Just a follow up. Our cabinets are in and we couldn’t be happier. The cabinets have a new life and the finish is exactly what we had hoped for. Our installer, Andy G. was great. He did an awesome job and was very professional and operated an extremely clean workspace which was much appreciated as we have fur babies. He worked with our schedule and was very helpful with our questions and with working with us on some of the tweaks we had. I am very happy with Redo Cabinets for all the work they had done in my house. George did a fantastic job in making my cabinets appear brand new! Mr. Jensen provided a beautiful counter top in the kitchen. My new counter top is “solid” construction and appears to be very strong and will last for years to come. Additionally the design of the new counter top is absolutely gorgeous! Pasquale installed the new backsplash in the kitchen. The backsplash is perfectly color coordinated with the cabinets and countertop. I also like my newly installed sink and faucet. I highly recommend Redo Cabinets. The variety of styles and colors for the cabinet refacing was enormous along with the new cabinet handles are absolutely gorgeous!!! While I was waiting for installation, I was always contacted by Ashley to keep me updated on when everything would be installed (countertops, plumber for the sink and finally the cabinet resurfacing. I could also contact her with any concerns or questions. Finally Ralph the person that did the refacing was Amazing!!!! He paid such attention to details and worked so hard to make sure everything was done perfectly!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to update their cabinets!!!!

We were deciding on new cabinet doors and drawers and had a couple of estimates from other vendors. We chose Redo because of price and great explanations of their products and services. They have completed all the work except for three glass doors. The installer Mike was awesome did a great job and made sure we were satisfied with the work. There were a couple of trim moldings that we questioned and without hesitation he redid them. We are so pleased with the workmanship and quality of our new cabinets. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their cabinets. Thank you again

We just had our appointment with Thomas informing us about the process of a Redo Cabinets kitchen remodel. He was very thorough. He explained the history of the company, the high quality materials they use and walked us thru the installation process. He had all the samples with him and we were able to touch, feel and see them in our own kitchen. It made for a very easy decision!

Today, March 18th, I had a design appointment with Thomas. Thomas was on time and used the allotted 90 minutes to explain the process of refacing my kitchen cabinets. This was our first kitchen makeover, so we had a lot of apprehension about the process, and who to trust and hire. Mo and Steve took the time to explain everything in great detail, answering all of our questions, and even providing advice when we were undecided. There was no pressure, just a clear path to finally get our kitchen done. We highly recommend this company, and their people!

The salesperson, Steven Schellhorn, came to our house and gave us a very good and in depth explanation of this company and their products. He was very helpful and patient with us in showing all their products. He walked us through all the install and payment procedures. We greatly appreciate him coming twice and going above and beyond in calling his company in order to find us the lowest prices. Jason was so great to work with. He took his time, showed us lots of samples, and let us take our time to make decisions. There was no pressure, he really wanted us to get exactly what we wanted for our kitchen.

My initial meeting with Thomas was very informative and dare I say, fun. His presentation covered a lot of details, and our meeting lasted more than 2 hours, so be prepared for that. Thomas was especially helpful with the final cabinet color selection. I'll update this review when the project is complete.

Thomas was our designer. He went over everything very thoroughly for our project. We had some pretty major design questions and he was able to walk through everything to help make our choices. He was thoughtful with our designs and helped us through the process. We look forward to working with their team and seeing the final project. I will post more when it is completed.

The project exceeded my expectations

I met with Thomas from Redo cabinets today. During our meeting, Thomas explained everything about the process and guarantees offered by this company. He definitely convinced me that the product and the company were exceptional . I felt that their pricing was very fair and I am very excited about the changes it will make in my kitchen. Re Do Cabinets replaced my kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts with excellent quality materials. I highly recommend this company. They are also locally owned! The technician, George, who came out to my condo two days ago completed the work quickly. I am very pleased with the results. In early December of last year, Edgar Alba was also very helpful in bringing samples, a photo catalog and several actual doors and door handles! I decided immediately to hire this company. The gentleman who came to measure the cabinets also did a great job.

Every person dealt with was very knowledgeable and personable. Was happy with everyone that was sent to us for each specific job. appointments were always honored at the particular time that was given. Dramatic change in appearances of my kitchen wood recommend them to anyone.

I received a senior design consultant, Tom Schoen, for my initial visit and he was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. Came prepared with samples and suggestions.
